I was onboard XMOTION in Split earlier this year and had an amazing lunch with Chef Mladen–he nailed it, managing gluten-free and vegan needs without compromising on flavor or presentation. Everything looked and tasted incredible.

Famous for last year’s award-winning French-themed bash, AEOLUS proved it wasn’t a one-off. This year’s party was just as strong–imaginative, beautifully executed, and full of energy.
