Most crewed catamarans in the BVI are 45 to 60 feet. These 10 are the biggest ones chartering in the islands, from 79 to 88 feet, and at that size a catamaran stops feeling like a sailboat with extra room. You get beams of up to 43 feet, four or five crew, a flybridge that works as a second living room, and a toy list that usually ends with a SeaBob or an e-foil.
The list counts down from #10, the smallest of the big ones, to #1, the biggest. It is ranked by listed length, and seven of the boats are 80 feet, so among those the wider boat ranks higher, because on a catamaran the beam decides how much living space you actually get. Every one of them shows the BVI on its current listing, and rates run from $87,000 to $150,000 per week.
First, the SilverCat: the big catamaran you can’t charter
The catamaran that gets people asking about size is the Silver Yachts SilverCat. The flagship SilverCat 36M is 118 feet long with a 43 foot 8 inch beam, measures 482 gross tons and takes 12 guests in 5 staterooms. She was designed by Espen Oeino, built in aluminium in Western Australia and delivered in 2024. She cruises at 12 knots and reaches 24.

10. VIVA LA VIDA
“A 54 Square Meter Flybridge”
VIVA LA VIDA is a 2022 Sunreef 80 sailing catamaran with an 11.5 m beam, based in Tortola for the winter season. Her flybridge is 54 square meters, with a wet bar, a dining table and large sunpads.
She takes 8 guests in 4 cabins: 2 kings, a twin with a Pullman berth and a twin that converts to a queen. That layout suits two couples with children better than four couples. Forward there are two trampolines on the bow terrace, and the toys include a Flite e-foil and a 100 hp tender.
9. MAGIC MOMENTS 3
“E-Foil Docks at the Stern”
MAGIC MOMENTS 3 is a brand new 2026 Fountaine Pajot, 78.7 feet long, based in Road Town, Tortola. She is built around the water: a beach club swim platform with dedicated e-foil docks, so the boards launch from where you step off.
The kit is serious: two Audi e-foils, two SeaBobs including the Lamborghini edition, two sea scooters, snorkel gear for 10 and fishing gear. She takes 10 guests in 5 cabins, each with its own bathroom, and has Starlink for anyone who has to check in.
8. MISCHIEVOUS
“12 Guests on an 80 Foot Sailing Cat”
MISCHIEVOUS is a 2024 Sunreef 80 sailing catamaran that cruises the BVI and USVI, and she sleeps up to 12 when some of the group are children. The fifth cabin is the reason: a family cabin with a bunk, a queen and an extra single next to 4 queen cabins.
Her water setup is built for a group: a jellyfish-net infinity pool off the stern, a floating trampoline, a 6-person floating island with a canopy, 2 underwater scooters and a 110 hp jet tender. She is the narrowest 80 footer here, at 11 m, which is why she ranks below the others of her length.
7. SOL
“Solar Power and Silent Nights”
SOL is a 2023 Sunreef 80 eco power catamaran. Solar panels feed electric motors, and a lithium battery bank means she can spend the night at anchor without the generator running. On most big catamarans the generator runs all night for the air conditioning. On SOL it doesn’t.
Her bow terrace has a glass-sided jacuzzi, and she carries a 28 foot Hyfoil electric tender as well as a 16 foot RIB. She takes 8 guests in 4 en-suite cabins: a king primary and 3 queens.
6. ENDLESS HORIZON
“Four Crew, Each With a Job”
ENDLESS HORIZON is a 2022 Sunreef 80 sailing catamaran with an 11.6 m beam. Up top, the flybridge has a bar, a lounge and a dining table, and aft there is shaded cockpit dining and a swim platform. Her 1,200 kg tender lift folds down into a lounge area.
She takes 8 guests in 4 cabins: a king primary and 3 queens, each with its own bathroom and TV. For toys she has 2 SeaBobs, 2 e-foils, an underwater camera and a 100 hp Highfield tender. Her captain explains how the crew of 4 splits the work in the video below.

The crew backs it up with real hosting chops — a stylish Tahitian-themed cocktail party with tuna tartare served in coconuts, sticky rum cake, and tropical drinks. Fun, polished, and full of that big-cat feel.
5. OHANA
“Five King Cabins”
OHANA is a 2023 Sunreef 80 sailing catamaran based at Village Cay, Tortola. All 5 of her cabins are kings with their own bathrooms, and every berth is walk-around at floor level, so no one climbs over anyone at night. For five couples, she is the most even cabin plan on this list.
She has a full scuba setup onboard, with a compressor, tanks and regulators, plus 4 SeaBobs, a Lift e-foil, a Subwing, 4 paddleboards and a 110 hp jet tender. There are two outdoor waterfall showers for rinsing off after.
4. BLESSED
“The Floating Villa”
BLESSED is a 2024 Sunreef 80 power catamaran with a 12.2 m beam, based in the BVI. She takes 10 guests in 5 cabins: 4 kings, plus a double with its own entrance from the aft deck, which gives one couple real privacy.
The flybridge has a jacuzzi, a wet bar, a lounge and a 55 inch TV. There is a hydraulic swim platform plus a second one aft, and the toys cover everyone: an e-foil, SeaBobs, dive gear, a wakeboard, water skis for adults and children, and 4 paddleboards.
3. NAUTI NICKEL
“A 40 Foot Chase Boat”
NAUTI NICKEL is a Sunreef 80 power catamaran, built in 2022 and refitted in 2024, and she has the same 12.2 m beam as BLESSED. What puts her ahead is what follows her around: a 40 foot RAFNAR sport boat with an air-conditioned pilothouse, plus a 21 foot RIB. No other boat on this list has a chase boat that size.

2. NANA MARIE
“The Widest Boat on the List”
NANA MARIE is a brand new 2026 Fountaine Pajot Thira 80 power catamaran based at Nanny Cay, Tortola. Her listing gives a 13.1 m beam, the widest here, and she uses it: fold-down hydraulic balconies open out from both sides of the main deck into a sea-view terrace.
The galley is on the lower deck, which leaves the whole salon for living and dining, and the flybridge and forward lounge are both very large. She takes 8 guests in 4 cabins with a crew of 4 and cruises at 12 knots.
1. MIIA
“88 Feet and 35 Knots”
MIIA is the biggest catamaran chartering in the BVI. She is a new Sunreef power catamaran, 88 feet long, and she is also the fastest boat on this list, with a reported top speed of 35 knots. That speed turns Anegada or a run to the USVI into a short hop.
She takes 10 guests in 5 cabins with a crew of 4, and her toys are 2 SeaBobs, 2 e-foils, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards. She cruises the BVI and the Bahamas, so ask early if you want her for a specific winter week.
Why the list stops at 88 feet
There is one bigger multihull in the islands: CUAN LAW, a 105 foot trimaran based in Road Town. She has three hulls, not two, and she runs as a dive boat for up to 20 guests in 10 cabins, and she is the one boat we list in the BVI that takes a group of up to 20 on a single yacht.
