DO MORE was a standout at last years show, the crew is totally memorable for good reasons, one being their energy and focus on guest activities, the others being a most delicious Bloody Mary. Good news: this year they have added another crew - so now you get an elevated service. This is in my opinion an excellent addition.

During my visit onboard catamaran Do More at the BVI Yacht Show, it was the crew that stood out the most. Adrian and Emma are friendly and welcoming and clearly love what they do. They take the yacht’s name seriously and emphasize their passion for active charters packed with water sports, hiking, beach games, and big social dinners. Emma, also a speech pathologist, mentioned their experience with kids with special needs on charters.

Presented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht DO MORE is a 62 ft sailing catamaran. The promiment features of DO MORE are her absolute comfort and interconnection with the sea. DO MORE spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was constructed by the renowned boatbuilder Lagoon in 2013. A well-done refit was finalized in 2024. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 cozy cabins and easily accommodates a group of 10 guests.
DO MORE is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the meals are served. The immersive cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes offer desirable views, while providing privacy if needed.

Moroccan Shakshuka: Eggs poached in a scrumptious tomato/red pepper marinade, topped with feta cheese, arugula and avocado. Served with boat-made ciabatta, crispy bacon and breakfast sausage.
Eggs Royale: Smoked salmon draped English muffins, loaded with a soft-poached egg, dripping with boat-made Hollandaise, salty capers and a dash of Cayenne pepper.
Avocado “Croast”: Freshly baked croissants, smashed, then topped with avocado crème, crispy bacon, arugula and a perfectly poached egg, finished with boat-pickled red onions.
Huevos Rancheros: Fried egg, sour cream, refried beans, Pico de Gallo, salsa Verde and guacamole served on top a flour tortilla with spicy jalapenos.
Banana Fosters: Flambeed banana and rum brioche French toast served with crispy bacon, and hand-whipped cream.
Turkish Eggs: Poached eggs served atop a delicious garlic/dill yoghurt base, topped with boat-made Aleppo butter and a parsley and jalapeno oil. Served with crispy bacon, spicy chorizo and fresh sourdough bread.

Pork Bao Buns: Slow cooked shredded pork in a sticky Chinese 5 spice and ginger-soy dressing in soft bao buns filled with pickled vegetables, cucumber, peanuts and cilantro.
N/Y Strip Steak Sandwiches: Juicy New York strip steaks on fresh ciabatta loaves, filled with chimichurri, Swiss cheese, arugula, crispy onion and tomato.
Maryland Crab Cake Salad: Panko-crusted lump crab meat crafted into tender patties and on tricoloured quinoa wrapped in cucumber ribbons. Served with a garden of baby spinach, julienne carrots, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and boat-made Remoulade sauce.
Gourmet Beef Burgers: Captain Adrian’s famous boat-made beef patties in a fresh sesame bun, loaded with fresh tomatoes, caramelised onion, melted cheese and the captain’s secret burger sauce. Served with char-grilled corn and truffles fries.
Salmon Poke Bowls: Soy-marinated, diced salmon fillets on white sticky rice, topped with julienne carrots, seasonal tropical fruit, edamame, crispy sweet onions and finished with wasabi aioli.

Thai Coconut Curry: Wild caught Mahi Mahi, pan seared and then baked, served on jasmine rice with steamed broccolini and a sweet mango salsa.
Fillet Mignon: Beef tenderloin cooked to perfection by Captain Adrian on the grill. Served on a bed of garlic-thyme cauliflower puree with fondant potatoes, cinnamon roast butternut squash, brussel sprouts and asparagus. Finished with Chef Emma’s secret pepper-mushroom sauce.
Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb: Roasted root vegetables, beet puree, charred cipollini, gratin potatoes and finished with red wine jus and mint sauce.
Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon: with mint and sweet-pea puree and braised baby carrots.
Chicken Roulade: Broccoli and bacon stuffed chicken breast with a creamy vodka sauce served with baby potatoes, blistered cherry tomatoes and fresh garlic bread.
Braised Beef Short Ribs: Slow cooked and served atop a creamy potato puree with garlic-roasted carrots and a red wine reduction.

Thank you for making Cathy’s 50th birthday so special, as I’m sure you’ve noticed she is spectacular herself. Thank you for taking such great care of us with the most amazing meals, the CLEANEST glassware, the never ending coffee pots, every single Jim Carey reference and of course the straightest Pina Coladas. Also, thank s for making us the COOLEST people on the beach with hand (paddleboard) delivered lunch. We wish you the happiest, luckiest, wonderful…est marriage (3 months! Ah!). It was such a pleasure to witness the love and best vibes that radiate off you two. We love and will miss you with so many laughs, views and daily bacon. See you in 2026! Everyone on our trip wanted to sail again with these two. They made an awesome team! The boat was good too! The accommodations on board suited our group very well. The boat for being as old as it is was in excellent shape. The linens and cushions were brand new with no wear showing. Cabins were cleaned every day, with beds made and linens restocked if needed. The bar and coolers were stocked with everything we asked for and more. The meals were superb.
Two of the most amazing people I have ever met! Thank you for making my once in a lifetime trip absolutely perfect! Y'all have a special place in my heart. Your kindness and patience was so appreciated. You are a part of my family now.
Recommendations:
All the incredible snorkelling spots, the baths, the caves...Adrian's world-class cocktails (Basil Smash especially!). Soggy Dollar and Monkey Point were fan favorites.

Poke bowls, fillet mingionion and Tuscan prawn pasta and how could I forget the delicious Key Lime Pie and showstopper birthday cake surprise!

Emma was amazing. I was honestly shocked by not only the quality, but display of food she cooked for us over the week. Despite dealing with various dietary restrictions, she continuously prepared fresh and healthy meals for our crew and made sure we knew

Favorite memory? Friday sail down from North Sound to Great Harbor as the sun was setting.
