About 35 crewed motor yachts of 72 to 89 feet charter in the Virgin Islands in winter; Azimut is the most common builder. These are privately owned yachts, each with her own owner and crew, not a rental fleet. Their calendars are not public, and many cannot be advertised online at all: often the owner simply does not want his yacht shown publicly, and sometimes her manager does not permit online listings. We have access to all of them and can offer every one of them for your charter. What to expect
Yachts in this class sleep eight guests in four staterooms, each with its own bathroom, with a crew of three or four. Rates start from $55,000 a week plus expenses. Motor yachts charter on plus-expenses terms: fuel, food, drinks and dockage are paid at cost through an advance provisioning allowance, typically 30 to 35 percent of the charter fee.
Expect a fast, low-profile Italian flybridge yacht: a bright saloon behind very large windows, a flybridge with its own dining and sunbathing, a foredeck lounge, and a hydraulic swim platform that launches the tender and doubles as a beach club. She covers the BVI quickly, so more islands fit into a week.

Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.
