TURQUOISE TURTLE Yacht Description
-
Inflatable water toys & towable tube:
Fun for all ages with floating mats, noodles, and a tube for thrilling water rides together. -
14ft Console Dinghy with 50hp engine:
Fast tender rated for 8 guests, perfect for island exploring and quick water excursions in the Caribbean. -
Full water sports setup — paddleboards, kneeboard & snorkel gear:
Wide range of activities keeps guests active on the water, ideal for families and adventure lovers.
This is the boat where you actually get to dive, not just look at the tanks. TURQUOISE TURTLE is a 50ft Voyage cat built for small-group, activity-heavy charters: up to 6 guests in 3 equal queen cabins, all ensuite, all the same size, so nobody draws the short straw.
Core feature set is simple: two onboard scuba instructors, 8 tanks, compressor, and a charter model designed so you can actually dive, snorkel, fish and still make it back for a cooked dinner you didn’t defrost yourself. If you want to learn, refresh, or just dive a lot without joining a crowded day boat, this is the correct catamaran.
Surface interval hardware: big stable platform, full AC, Wi‑Fi, swim platform with easy ladders, and an entertainment setup that actually acknowledges the 21st century: Bluetooth sound throughout, cabin audio, 800+ DVDs for those who still remember discs, ebooks, and a pile of board games for the analog crowd.
Water toys are chosen for people who actually use them: 14ft console dinghy with 50hp outboard for fast beach runs and towable fun, kneeboard, tube, 2 paddleboards, snorkel kits, inflatable loungers, trampoline sun‑beds and bean bags for serious horizontal research under the stars. Fishing gear is on board if you want to catch your own dinner (permits required; fish do not come pre-attached).
Crew is the real USP: André and Alison are long-haul ocean sailors and career instructors, not seasonal gap‑year hires. Both are PADI & SSI Open Water Instructors with tens of thousands of sea miles and a strong safety mindset: oxygen onboard, offshore first-aid kit, medical background, and a calm, methodical approach that makes nervous divers and families actually relax.
Family‑fit spec: baby‑friendly, child‑friendly, nude‑charter‑friendly (not usually all at once; your call), special diets accommodated, proper showers, electric heads, and a galley producing serious food: South African comfort dishes, seafood, and fresh-baked everything instead of “mystery buffet at sea.”
If your charter brief reads something like “small group, real diving, real food, calm professionals at the helm, zero gimmicks,” TURQUOISE TURTLE is the short list, not the maybe list.

Captain: Andre Stroebel
Andre runs TURQUOISE TURTLE with a pilot’s discipline and an ocean racer’s nerve, turning rough water and tight passes into clean, safe miles so you can lean into the islands instead of the logistics. He folds thousands of flight hours and bluewater miles into a calm, precise command style that keeps families, first-timers, and divers feeling protected but never boxed in.
