Modern Bali, big volume. MIM OCEAN 1 is a 2023 Bali Catamarans sailing catamaran at 56 feet, set up to sleep 11 guests in five cabins, with the kind of space that keeps a full group from constantly negotiating who’s in whose way.
Easy water access. A hydraulic platform makes swimming breaks simpler and less acrobatic. Add the outdoor shower, and you can rinse off before taking over the salon again. Nice and practical.
Shade and downtime. The flybridge hardtop helps keep the top deck usable when the sun is doing the most, and full air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable when you want a break. TV and an indoor audio system cover the quieter hours.
Toys for actual use. You have paddleboards, a wakeboard, adult water skis, snorkeling gear, plus SeaBobs and an eFoil listed in the water-toys pack, so the day can lean active without needing a complicated plan.
Cabin plan that works. The layout is three double cabins, one twin cabin, and one triple cabin (double bed plus bunk bed), all with en-suite WCs, which is a solid mix for families or a group that wants options without someone drawing the short straw.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like MIM OCEAN 1, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,200 - €7,350), making the charter cost €25,200 to €28,350. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
