MEMENTO VIVERE Yacht Description
-
Comprehensive water toy selection:
Includes 2 SeaDoo Wake Pro jet skis, 2 premium Seabob F5s, and an E-foil for ultimate water fun. -
Large deck Jacuzzi:
Relax in the spacious 8-person Jacuzzi on the top deck with panoramic views and perfect sunsets. -
Stabilizers both underway & at anchor:
Ensures smooth cruising to more locations and restful nights for guests, even in trickier seas.
Start with the fun part: MEMENTO VIVERE is basically a 130’ Westport turned into a floating adult playground after a major 2021 refit – bow Jacuzzi up front, extended flybridge up top, bars on every deck, and an inflatable waterpark off the stern.
Why pick this yacht over the others? Because the hardware is unapologetically guest-focused: a big foredeck Jacuzzi, an oversized aft-deck dining setup, a bridge-deck bar and grill, and a stretched flybridge with yet another bar for up to eight people. The brief was “optimize for charter guests,” and the refit actually did that instead of just changing fabrics.
Water toys are not an afterthought here. You get a serious 32–34’ Intrepid center console plus a jet tender, 2 Jet Skis, multiple Seabobs, E-foils, an inflatable FunAir slide, climbing-wall / pool setups, paddleboards, towables, skis, wakesurf and wakeboard gear, fishing kit and a full beach setup. Translation: if someone is bored, it’s not the yacht’s fault.
Sleep setup is built for real groups, not brochure fantasy. She sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, with 3 king staterooms and 2 twins that convert to kings. That means fewer “someone-stuck-in-the-small-room” conversations and more adults actually getting proper beds.
Onboard life is engineered, not improvised. Stabilizers at anchor and underway keep things civilized, full air-conditioning and strong Wi‑Fi keep everyone functional, and a proper skylounge with bar, games table, sofa-bed and day head quietly becomes the social core when the sun goes down. Four bars, Sonos / Plex / DISH, and themed nights (pirate, casino, white party, etc.) are there if your group wants to lean into it.
Core spec, distilled: 130’ Westport, built 2005, major refit 2021, sleeps 10 guests in 5 cabins with an 8‑crew team whose job description is essentially “run a small, mobile resort and make it look easy.” If you want a charter yacht where the hot tub, toys, and deck spaces are clearly the main event, MEMENTO VIVERE fits the brief.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MEMENTO VIVERE, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($30,000 - $48,000), making the charter cost $150,000 to $168,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
MEMENTO VIVERE Yacht Charter Price

| 3 day charter | 60,000USD to 69,000USD | 12,000USD to 20,700USD | 72,000USD to 89,700USD | The usual formula is the 7 day charter rate divided by 6, times the number of days (3). Boat policy might differ. 120,000USD / 6 * 3 days = 60,000USD |
All prices are generated by a calculator and serve as a guide for new charterers. Any additional information of the Price Details section has priority over above. Epic trip – amazing experience all the way around. We will come back!
What I want to express to you the most, is just how fabulous this crew really is! We felt like family when we left. In fact my mother in law began to cry and the girls were crying as well. This crew is absolutely STELLAR! Each and everyone one of them are fantastic individuals, hard working, always smiling and FUN! We had so much darn fun with them. We have been on charters before and we have never seen a crew like this. They are so close, work so well together and you can really see just how much they love their jobs. They have something really special there!
You will definitely be hearing from us again, as we told them we WILL BE BACK! I'm wondering if it would be possible for you to share our experience with the boat owner, he is coming on board this coming week. I know he knows what he has in this crew, but it is always nice to hear from someone else.
Thank you as always for arranging such an amazing trip for us. We absolutely loved the boat and the crew were some of the best crew that we have had on our charters over the years. We definitely plan to charter NO BAD IDEAS again. We appreciate all that you do for us.
Broker Testimonial:
Dear Owners of NO BAD IDEAS
I have just personally finished a great trip onboard NO BAD IDEAS where I had one of my favorite clients onboard. Where we were only onboard for a few days, I wanted to share with you that everything was executed seamlessly. Your professional crew are amazing and the thing that impressed me most was that your key crew members shared with me that they want to retire with you as the owner. Besides the crew, the refit that you completed has to be my #1 refit in the 40 mtr size range. Very smart choices from the relocation of the hot tub, to installing the big table forward on the sundeck. Very smart!!!
Needless to say, we will be chartering NO BAD IDEAS later this year.
One of the most difficult parts of my job is keeping up with crew changes. Many crew members are continuously seeking the next bigger boat or bigger pay check, so I commended them on wanting to stay loyal. Great job on your part for selecting a great team. Thank you for being such a good owner! I look forward to sending more business your way.
To say we had a great time would be an understatement. Thank you beyond for your hard work and kindness. We will truly miss you all. Until we meet again...xo!
Your leadership and professionalism certainly reverberates in all departments of the vessel. The team seemed to work very well together, creating a great guest atmosphere.
Pete, Thor, and Neil were superb, balancing safety and sporting fun in all activities. Kat was also great in the water. The interior staff, led by Chief Stewardess Xan, were expeditious in their service and painstaking attention to detail. Her daily meetings with us about service and menu planning were great to allow for a personal but flexible experience. Bo and Kat were so attentive and personable. My kids are still raving about the meals...especially the sushi! Kuddos to Chef Olga, who is not only talented but welcoming in her kitchen.
It is impossible to capture the beautiful colors of the Exumas and the water, and also impossible to describe in words our thanks for such an incredible week with you. We had an amazing time – every single day! Your attention to detail in every way, and your strong work ethic made our time on the boat so enjoyable. Chef Lucie, your bright smile and amazing food were some of the highlights of our day!
My husband and I so enjoyed being together and made some of the best memories of our lives – and all of you were a part of it. We have made some forever friends! Thank you!
