KINGS LAIR Yacht Description
-
Flight E-foil (Flightboard):
Today’s most popular toy for fast, quiet rides over the water. -
Stabilizers underway & at anchor:
Smoother cruising to reach more spots, plus better sleep at anchor. -
Oasis deck with pool & fold-down sides:
Expands the aft deck for lounging right by the water’s edge.
Oasis deck, properly. KINGS LAIR is a 112ft Benetti (built 2023) with the Oasis-style aft setup: an expanding main pool deck with fold-down sides, so your “just one more hour outside” plan has room to succeed.
Easy water days. The hydraulic platform steps make getting in and out of the sea simple. No gymnastics. Add the integrated pool on the aft deck and you have a water-focused stern that keeps everyone circulating without traffic jams.
Indoor-outdoor that works. The semi-al fresco main salon uses crescent, wraparound aft doors to open the space right up, shifting lunch, lounging, and pre-dinner drinks between inside and out without breaking the flow. Stabilizers at anchor and underway help keep things steady when you are moving or parked.
Comfortable for 10. She sleeps 10 guests in 5 staterooms, including an on-deck master with oversized windows, plus two queen cabins and two twin cabins below, all en suite. Toy count is serious too: a 32ft Worldcat tender, a Sea-Doo JetSki, e-foil and electric surfboard options, underwater scooters, paddleboards, and snorkeling gear.
Accommodation
KINGS LAIR accommodates 10 guests comfortably in 5 staterooms with an on deck Master + 4 cabins below.Best known for her awe-inspiring main pool deck with fold down sides for an expanded lounge space, this Oasis model is joining the charter market with charter seriously in mind. Fresh pops of color have been added throughout and the crew are bringing a very high level of service from their experience aboard 60-100m yachts. There is truly an outside area for everyone to call their own favorite from top to bottom and bow to stern.
Upon entering the salon, guests can be received in a semi-al fresco way with the crescent aft doors fully open or at the push of a button continue into the main salon and dining. The choice of seamless in and out ambience is in part what makes this deck feel as if guests are on a much larger yacht. The on-deck Master with oversized windows brings the outdoors in. A port side vanity/ working desk is versatile for his or her use as needed while the Primary bath has central double sinks, private toilet and large glass enclosed shower. Plenty of hanging and cabinetry storage as needed.
Below deck are four more staterooms, 2 Queen and 2 Twin all en suite with showers/ toilets and equipped with individual entertainment.
Moving up to the Skylounge area, this cozy space is perfect for movie night or even a quiet morning coffee when the wind may be too swift for outside sitting. There is a convenient and well-appointed day head on this level and the aft exterior lounge is very inviting for a pre-dinner social setting. The uppermost deck is superb for pre or post cocktail hour at the aft bar and a beautifully set dinner under the hard cover's arch. Forward on this deck as well as further on the bow are two large sunbeds, perfect for day lounging or stargazing at night. The options are truly endless aboard this magnificent Benetti, to the point that guests will rarely want to leave.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like KINGS LAIR, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($35,000 - $56,000), making the charter cost $175,000 to $196,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
