Flybridge first. DEEP BLUE is a 58ft Leopard catamaran (built 2016) that’s basically designed around an “everyone up top” lifestyle, with a flybridge setup that works for eating, lounging, and staying in the action while underway or at anchor. Wet bar, fridge, and a full-sized BBQ. You may notice you stop going downstairs.
Water time is easy. The hydraulic swim platform changes the whole rhythm of the day: lower it for a simple swim-and-float setup, set it at dock height for easy boarding, or lift the tender clear when it’s time to sail. Small detail. Big impact.
Toys that get used. You’ve got paddleboards, a kayak, adult water skis, wakeboard, a Subwing, plus the usual floaty diplomacy tools (tubes, noodles, floating chairs). There’s also onboard scuba gear and a dive compressor, with snorkeling kit on hand for quick hops off the platform.
Eight guests, real cabins. DEEP BLUE sleeps 8 and is listed with 5 suites, including a main-deck primary and queen-bed cabins with en-suite bathrooms, with full air conditioning and Wi‑Fi/StarLink for when someone has to pretend to check email.

First things first: I wanna thank you both with all my heart—or as we say back home, from the bottom of my Talladega-loving heart—for the most unbelievable two weeks out on the shimmering seas of Antigua. If cruising were a NASCAR race, y’all just took the checkered flag and did a victory lap in a golden speedboat.
Captain Dick, you steered us through those waters like I handle my Chevy on a racetrack—smooth, fast, and making it look easy. Every turn of the boat was like hitting the perfect drift. And Kim, lord have mercy, your cooking had more flair than a pit road on race day. I swear, those meals could win championships. They fueled us up better than my crew chief does before the final laps.
Between the sunsets that looked like they were painted just for us, the laughter we shared, and the peace of being out there with nothing but the blue around us, I felt like I was in one of those fancy TV commercials. Except it was real life, and y’all were the stars of the show.
So, from the depths of my racing soul, thank you for every moment, every meal, and every memory. We might not have been going 200 mph, but I’d say we were flying all the same. Let’s do it again sometime—shake and bake!

From decadent breakfasts to exquisite dinners under the stars, Chef Kim's meals were a highlight of our journey. She was also incredibly accommodating of dietary preferences and needs, ensuring that everyone aboard enjoyed the dining experience to the fullest.
The **'Deep Blue'** itself is a stunning vessel, impeccably maintained and equipped with everything one could need for a luxurious sailing adventure. The spacious and comfortable accommodations made our stay on board feel like a five-star floating hotel. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to provide the utmost comfort and relaxation.
Captain Dick and Chef Kim's teamwork and dedication to providing an exceptional sailing experience were evident in every aspect of our trip. I sincerely appreciate the adventure we experienced with you & Chef Kim. Being an Ocean / Beach enthusiast, one of the things I hadn't done was to go out on a CAT vacay!! Once out on the water with you & Kim the dream became a reality. More than I expected!! The problem will be --- now that I've gone with you both on Deep Blue, I wouldn't want to be with any other crew or on any other boat (CAT). Here's to our next trip...................
