Variable expenses — fuel, food, marina fees — are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), an additional deposit added to the charter price. The remainder is returned after charter.

Captain Eric Stenson grew up on the Massachusetts coast, where an early love of the ocean set him on a path toward a career in yachting. With over four years of charter experience, including time aboard M/Y MIDNIGHT, M/Y ISLAND RUNNER, and M/Y MAKING WAVES. He now captain's M/Y NO SURRENDER, bringing a calm, adaptable approach to every charter. His goal is simple: guests leave feeling relaxed, well cared for, and genuinely delighted, whether that means a quiet coffee on deck, a candlelit dinner under the stars, or a day full of watersports and laughter. Eric works alongside his wife Meagan, the yacht's Chief Stewardess, and their close partnership helps create a warm, seamless atmosphere on board, all guided by his personal motto, "Stay steady, stay ready."

Anastasiya was raised in Pinsk, Belarus, where food was at the heart of every family gathering — an early influence that shaped her lifelong passion for cooking. She built her culinary career in the U.S. through hands-on experience in private dining, hospitality, and event catering before entering yachting in 2021, and she now runs her own private chef and catering business alongside her charter work. Specializing in Mediterranean, French, Italian, Eastern European, and modern American cuisine, she creates fresh, seasonal menus tailored to each group — from casual beach picnics and fresh-baked sourdough to elegant multi-course dinners featuring caviar and premium seafood. She never repeats a menu, drawing inspiration from her travels and a deep curiosity about local ingredients and traditions, and she happily accommodates any dietary need without compromising on flavor. Her approach is guided by a simple philosophy: "Work hard. Stay humble. Never stop learning."
Ceara Lasley
Mate
Ceara spent her childhood between farms in southwest Minnesota and the outdoors, developing a lifelong love of fishing, hiking, and water sports that later drew her into yachting. She studied Advertising with a Graphic Design minor at South Dakota State University, and before joining the industry, gained hands-on experience in retail, farm work, and as an electrical apprentice. She's worked aboard M/Y AMORE and M/Y ARTHUR'S WAY as a deck/stew, and now serves as mate on M/Y NO SURRENDER, bringing a strong work ethic and infectious positive energy to the crew. Ceara's focus is on helping guests fully unwind — whether that means organizing an action-packed day of adventure or a peaceful, laid-back retreat — so they leave feeling relaxed, cared for, and reconnected. Her motto, "Become stronger than yesterday," reflects the determination she brings both on board and in her ongoing goal of advancing toward a career as an engineer.
Megan Bilodeau
Chief Stewardess
Meagan grew up on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, with a lifelong connection to the ocean that led her into yachting during high school, an experience that also introduced her to her husband, Captain Eric. A Salve Regina University graduate, she began her yachting career right after college and has since worked aboard M/Y HOYA SAXA and M/Y MIDNIGHT, now serving as Chief Stewardess on M/Y NO SURRENDER. As Chief Stewardess, she's dedicated to making every guest feel pampered, comfortable, and genuinely at home, with a sharp eye for detail, from a perfectly customized cocktail to a beautifully arranged stateroom, and a talent for anticipating needs before they're even voiced. Outside of yachting, she's an accomplished pageant titleholder (currently Mrs. Miami) and a certified fitness enthusiast who's happy to lead guests through a yoga flow or martial arts session on board. Her motto, "You can do both," reflects her belief that personal passion and professional excellence go hand in hand.
Kennedy Flint

Kennedy grew up between California and Greenville, embracing an adventurous lifestyle filled with waterfalls, cliff jumping, and surfing in Hawaii, alongside a growing passion for cooking and baking. Drawn to travel and hands-on work, she began her yachting career in August 2025 and is currently serving as Stewardess aboard M/Y NO SURRENDER. Known for her positive attitude and adaptability, she takes pride in stepping in wherever needed to help create a seamless and memorable guest experience. Her motto, "Accept what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be," reflects the open, easygoing energy she brings to every charter.
Logan Pendley
Deckhand
Logan grew up in the small farming town of Venus, Texas, and spent five years as a commercial electrician before pursuing his lifelong dream of working on the water. He began his yachting career in October 2025 and currently serves as deckhand aboard M/Y NO SURRENDER, bringing strong people skills and a dependable work ethic to every charter. Having traveled to Brazil, Grenada, St. Lucia, and the Bahamas, his favorite destination is Staniel Cay, where he loves the crystal-clear water and nighttime nurse sharks. Logan's goal is simple: he wants guests to leave with an unforgettable experience they can share with their families. His life motto, borrowed from Dostoevsky, captures his outlook: "But how could you live and have no story to tell?"
