Proper 10-guest setup. MIZU is a 53.04m (174ft) Oceanfast motor yacht built in 2004 and refit in 2023, sleeping 10 guests in five cabins. The layout is straightforward: a bridge-deck master, plus two doubles and two twins, all en-suite.
Deck life, sorted. There is a deck jacuzzi for the post-swim reset, plus a splash pool up on the sun deck when you want water time without committing to the sea. Short version: you will find shade, seating, and somewhere to park yourself without negotiating.
Evenings have a plan. A skylounge with home theatre turns into the default movie room after dinner. There is also a separate dining salon with seating for 10, so you can do a proper sit-down when the group agrees to be civilized.
Toys with intent. The toy list leans active: a Dariel DT7 tender, 2 Sea-Doo Spark waverunners, 2 Seabobs F5, a Jet Surf Factory GP, paddleboards, wakeboards, towables, and an inflatable trampoline. Add a basketball hoop and a golf driving green, and nobody gets to say “I’m bored.”
