Couples yacht, nailed. SPIRIT is a 57-foot Oyster sailing yacht built in 2014, set up to sleep 4 guests in 2 en-suite queen cabins. Simple plan: two couples, no awkward cabin math.
Easy water access. The transom swim platform with a deep ladder makes swimming stops painless. Quick rinse after with the outdoor shower. Back in the cockpit for alfresco dining under the Bimini.
Comfort, not drama. Full air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep life civilized when it is hot or you are “just checking one thing.” The main salon has a proper dining table, two sofas, and a TV with a media movie server for downtime.
Toys that get used. Paddleboards, a towable tube, and snorkeling equipment cover the basics without turning the deck into a garage. There is also a 12ft/3.7m AB tender for quick hops and easy tows.
Accommodation

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like SPIRIT, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price ($2,700 - $5,400), making the charter cost $20,700 to $23,400. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
