Introduced by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht THE ADVENTURE is a 48 ft sailing catamaran. The key elements of THE ADVENTURE are her impeccable styling and interconnection with the sea. THE ADVENTURE spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the renowned boatbuilder Lagoon in 2020. An elegant refit was fulfilled in 2023. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 10 guests.

THE ADVENTURE is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The tasteful cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.

Captain: Liall Struckman

Liall and Sofia come from the world of superyachts, where they catered to the top 1% aboard luxurious vessels up to 140 meters in length. Both are certified Master of Yachts 200T and bring extensive experience in navigating a variety of vessels while upholding the highest standards of service, providing tailor-made experiences you won’t forget!
So far, they have cruised the Mediterranean, Caribbean, US East Coast, Indian Ocean, and even Siberia. They love spending their days on the water, whether it’s surfing, exploring beaches, scuba diving, or casting a line for some fishing.
Liall has spent most of his life along the East Coast of South Africa and Mozambique, where he developed a love for the ocean and a passion for boating. He was then driven to pursue a career as a skipper in the superyacht industry and hasn’t looked back since. Liall is also an outdoor enthusiast, not only on the water but on land as well, embarking on many remote overland trips around Africa. Most notably, he completed a year-long campervan journey through 13 East African countries! Liall’s passion for surfing and the ocean is something he loves to share with others.
Sofia initially graduated as an architect before switching to a more adventurous lifestyle in yachting. She has since explored 45 countries across four continents. With Italian (and Swedish) roots, her passion for cooking runs deep. She takes pride in preparing Mediterranean meals using cherished family recipes passed down from her nonna. If Sofia isn’t in the galley, you can find Liall on deck, firing up the grill for an authentic South African braai!

Colben grew up at the beach and has an avid love for the ocean. He grew up paddle ski fishing and more often than not was found out on the water hauling in tuna and mahi mahi. After Colben and Teagan met while working in a fishing shop, they bonded over their love for the ocean and future plans to go sailing. In 2019 they got married before setting out on the great adventure of crossing the Atlantic Ocean. Colben has worked on super yachts but much prefers the simple yet exciting sailing yacht lifestyle. Colben loves to be able to make other people's experiences on the water amazing and exciting so they can share the love and passion he has for the ocean.<br /> <br /> Teagan grew up in the small town of Ballito on the North Coast of South Africa.
