Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like ABUNDANCE, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€6,300 - €12,600), making the charter cost €48,300 to €54,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

- Sailing since age 7; over a decade of professional yacht command, deliveries, expeditions, and regattas across Atlantic, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Northern Europe.
- Yachtmaster Ocean Certificate; STCW Safety and First Aid; Radio Operator Certificate.
- Qualified PADI Instructor and FFCK White Water Kayak Instructor.
- Fluent in French and English with intermediate Spanish.
Angelica grew up on a Caribbean sailboat and it shows—she runs deck, lines, and toys with quick, easy precision so guests slide straight into the water and the day just works.
- Raised aboard a small sailboat in the Caribbean; professional yachting experience on S/Y PERSEUS³, M/Y SAMAYA, and S/Y NAKA ONE.
- Has worked as deckhand, stewardess, and cook, including sole-crew role alongside captain on a sailing yacht.
- Holds Yachtmaster Offshore, RYA Day Skipper (Theory & Practical), PADI Divemaster.
- STCW (First Aid, CPR, PDSD, ENG1) and Basic Fire Fighting; speaks English and Spanish with basic French and Italian.

Yacht is in very good shape. Before the charter he was concerned that the showers/bathrooms might have pressure issues, as she is an older yacht, but even that worked perfectly. In spite of the bad weather they had, he was impressed by Chris’ abilities to always find the right and safe places.
