Party like it’s 1985!

Becca Bell’s 40th birthday bash 2025! The boat was perfect for our party of eight. However, what really made the voyage perfect was our crew! Captain Tony was a master of the seas and quite a dancer at foxy! Chef Alex spoiled us with the best dishes and was the perfect guide for our adventure some hike. Our first mate, Rachel, made the best drinks, especially the piña colada! She had the best attitude and make sure everyone had everything they needed. We will miss you until we meet again. Week in the British Virgin Islands aboard Mare Blu was an absolute dream come true

DEC 7-17 Aboard the Mare Blu -

We recently embarked on a week-long adventure in the British Virgin Islands, chartering a new to us boat that exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we set foot on board, it was clear that we were in for a remarkable journey. Our Captain, Tony, and the exceptional crew made this trip a truly unforgettable experience.

Captain Tony was the anchor to a great team. His extensive knowledge of the British Virgin Islands, coupled with his passion for sailing, ensured that we enjoyed the most of our trip given the weather and the fact this was our 15th year in the BVI. Tony's friendly demeanor and willingness to share stories and insights about the islands added a personal touch to our adventure.

The crew (Jordon & Darsey) on board was nothing short of incredible. Although Darsey was only stepping in for Mia, she did her proud in all respects! A tip of the hat to Virgin Charter Yachts for making sure our experience never changed with a crew change. They operated seamlessly, taking care of all our needs with efficiency and a smile. From helping us with water sports activities to keeping a cold drink of choice in your hand, they were always one step ahead. Their hospitality and warmth made us feel like part of the family, and their dedication to ensuring our comfort was truly commendable.

One of the highlights of our charter experience was the exceptional culinary skills displayed by the onboard chef Darsy. Each meal was a masterpiece, carefully prepared using fresh, local ingredients. From mouthwatering seafood dishes to delectable desserts, our taste buds were in constant awe. Dietary preferences and allergies were accommodated with ease, showcasing her versatility and attention to detail.

The vessel itself was a marvel, perfectly suited to our needs. It was clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing ample room for relaxation and recreation. The cabins were comfortable, offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. The boat's amenities, including water toys, snorkeling gear, and comfortable lounging areas, ensured that we were always entertained and comfortable.
