In the BVI, very often yes, and it is one of the destination’s best features. Most crewed catamarans here run all-inclusive: the chef’s menus, the standard bar, fuel, and even mooring fees inside one price. The usual exceptions are premium alcohol, dinners ashore, and special requests, which the contract lists explicitly.
Larger motor yachts more often follow the classic Caribbean model: base rate plus an APA, your onboard budget for provisioning and fuel, with the unspent part refunded after the charter.
When you compare a BVI quote against a Mediterranean or Bahamas one, remember this difference: a BVI all-inclusive rate that looks higher can be the cheaper week once taxes and provisioning are counted.
