Yacht Description

Classic cutter, updated. THE DOVE is a 54ft sailing yacht by W.I. Crealock, built in 1988 and refit in 2023. She is set up for small groups who actually want to sail, not just ride around on a floating apartment.

Two proper suites. She sleeps 4 guests in 2 queen cabins, each with en-suite facilities, positioned fore and aft of the salon for a bit of separation. Simple. Logical.

Easy water days. A swim platform and outdoor shower make the on-and-off routine painless, while the BBQ and cockpit setup keep meals outside when you feel like it. Air conditioning is on board (noted as dock-only in one source).

Toys that get used. Bring the kayaks and paddleboards for low-effort exploring, then switch it up with adult water skis or a mono ski. Add snorkeling gear, fishing gear, and underwater still and video cameras, and you have a full day without needing a “big boat” toy list.

Smooth Sailing on THE DOVE
We love sailing with Larry and Justyna on The Dove. The boat is well maintained, the layout of the boat is very comfortable, the bedding is very comfortable, the heads work great (only those who have sailed on boats where this is not true will appreciate this!) and the food is amazing. Larry and Justyna do all they can to make their charters comfortable and satisfied with food and drink and activities. Because they have sailed many years in the Caribbean waters, we trusted them fully re: anchorages, things to do ashore, where to snorkel, etc.
