Smart size for six. JIOIA 3 is a 2019 Fountaine Pajot sailing multihull at about 47 feet, set up to sleep 6 guests in 3 en-suite cabins. It is an easy shortlist for couples or a small family group that wants space without stepping up to a much bigger yacht.
Water access, sorted. The swim platform and outdoor shower make the swim-snack-repeat rhythm simple. Add the BBQ, and lunch can happen outside without turning the salon into a catering zone.
Toys that get used. Paddleboards for low-effort exploring, a towable tube for the loud minutes, plus snorkeling equipment for the quiet ones. Good balance. No overthinking.
Stay connected or vanish. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep life civilized, while the indoor audio system and TV in the saloon cover the downtime hours when everyone pretends they are “just resting their eyes.”

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a yacht like JIOIA 3, the expected APA is not defined for this type of yacht. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
