INDY Yacht Description
-
Starlink Satellite Internet:
Reliable connection for emails, streaming, and staying in touch while cruising New England or Florida. -
At-anchor stabilizers (Naiad):
Reduced rolling at anchor means better sleep and a calmer feel for meals and lounging. -
Hydraulic swim platform:
Easy water access for snorkeling, towable toys, and inflatable watertoys with kids and adults.
Refit, then relax. INDY is an 85' Hatteras built in 2005 and refit in 2023, set up for eight guests in four cabins without the “we’ll make it work” vibe.
Water access that matters. The extended hydraulic swim platform makes getting in and out of the water easy, and it turns quick dips into an actual plan. Add stabilizers, and the boat stays more civilized when you are parked up.
Two bars, no waiting. There’s a full bar in the main salon plus a second bar up on the enclosed flybridge, with a pop-up TV for downtime. Short version: the group can split between inside comfort and fresh air without losing each other.
A cabin plan with logic. You get a full-beam master with a king bed and his-and-hers en-suite entryways, plus a VIP, a double, and a twin, all with private en-suites and Smart TVs. Proper ceiling height, too.
Tenders and simple toys. INDY carries a 26' Norticstar tender (twin Yamaha 200HP) plus an AB Nautilus dinghy with a 70HP outboard, ideal for hopping around without turning it into a production. Inflatable watertoys, towables, snorkel gear, beach games, and free weights cover the basics.
