TRUE STORY Yacht Description
TRUE STORY is a FP Victoria 67. Newly built and launched in 2016. She is a great addition to Fountaine Pajot's top-of-the-line luxury cruising cats. She's sleek, elegant, and extremely spacious with an overall length of 67 feet and beam of 31 feet; truly, the ultimate in cruising comfort.
The flybridge is nothing short of magnificence. It is accessed from the cockpit with stairs on both sides.
For guests aboard who have come to relax, the seating area is incredibly comfortable with benches, side tables, a relaxing sofa, and the convenience of a wet bar. A large bimini provides an area of escape from the sun for those who want some shade and there is integrated lighting for evening cocktails. All enjoyed with awesome views of the surrounding scenery.
The large aft deck is shaded by the flybridge overhead and provides additional comfortable lounging spaces, as well as an elegant setting for formal dining. Two large sumptuous pads are optimal for relaxing.
Step into the saloon which features lots of space for comfortable entertaining in air-conditioned comfort if so desired. The large relaxing seating area has an electric rise and fall coffee / dining table providing an additional option. The open galley is equipped with state of the art appliances and kitchenware.
Accommodation for 10 guests in 5 cabins which are all en-suite: 1 King master cabin, 3 Queens, and 1 Twin. The master cabin has a desk/dressing table and a comfortable couch.
TRUE STORY is equipped with a large array of water toys. For guests interested in scuba diving, you won't find a better choice as she offers a premium dive experience with a complete assortment of top-of-the-line equipment. Both crew are certified Divemasters who love to share their passion for diving with their guests.

She was constructed by the famous yacht builder Fountaine-Pajot in 2017. The ingenious yacht layout features 4 large cabins and easily accommodates a group of 8 guests.
TRUE STORY is classified primarily as a sailing catamaran. The central space of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck features a variety of seating areas and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The tasteful cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Captain Martin Liscinsky & Chef Tamara Chepel
Martin Liscinsky
Martin has been a yacht captain for the past 8 years. He has sailed the Mediterranean and Caribbean islands but has found a base in the BVI for the past four years. Originally from Slovakia, Martin has always had a passion for adventure, sports and the great outdoors. He grew up mountain biking, white water rafting, climbing and would try any other sport he could involve himself in. Martin was introduced to sailing aged 13 while in Croatia - he was totally hooked on the sport and lifestyle. Martin moved to the UK aged 18 to begin a career as a chef which took him all over Europe. He worked in high class fine dining restaurants and enjoyed the creativity and travel associated with being a chef. Despite enjoying his cheffing career, Martins heart was still dreaming about being on the sea. He moved to Croatia to join the yachting industry in 2017. Being a Captain fulfilled everything he could dream of: freedom, traveling, outdoors and still bit of cooking, especially when the steaks are on the grill!
Tamara Chepel
Originally from Australia, Tamara was brought up in the city of Sydney. Prior to finding yachting Tamara enjoyed a career as an Occupational Therapist in Sydney and London. Tamara met Martin in 2018 and was introduced to the sailing world - she never looked back! She has since completed cooking schools at Ashburton in the UK and the Sydney Cooking School. She has a passion for culture, travel, the ocean and bringing people together through food. Tamara is a PADI diver and in her spare time loves nothing more than to explore underwater. Tamara has a love for farm to table cooking and believes that that good food is the key to a good time!
Tamara and Martin met in Croatia in 2018. They quickly realized that despite being from different sides of the world they shared the same love for travel, sailing, experiencing different cultures, the ocean and being around family and friends. They backpacked Asia for seven months then returned to the Mediterranean where they worked on sailing yachts in Greece, Croatia, Italy, Turkey and Montenegro. After two seasons of enjoying the Mediterranean they set off to the Caribbean where they have worked in the British Virgin Islands and surrounding Caribbean countries including St Martin, Anguilla and Antigua. They have called the BVI home for the past four years.
Time spent with Tamara and Martin on True Story will follow the philosophy that a perfect charter includes sailing, exploring, adventure, relaxing and truly taking the time to experience the islands in the way which suits their guests. They create a relaxed and welcoming and safe environment, aiming to make the charter personalized to each guests needs. Tamara and Martin have a passion for underwater life and believe the world below is one of the best things about the BVI! They are personable and accommodating and have a true passion and interest in people, adventure, and sailing and love nothing more than to share this with their guests. Their shared love of food and culture means they are excited to include the best local produce and create delicious wholesome meals for their guests! Just AMAZING!
The food was amazing and Noa continuously surprised us all week. She is like a ninja chef who was cooking when no one was looking. Each meal was a complete surprise and always delicious. From the homemade breads, healthy entrees and of course the fabulous desserts. Noa had my daughter helping her make charcuterie boards and taught us how to make her amazing smoothie bowls.
And Chino, what a gift he has at engaging everyone on the boat. He made separate connections with each one of us and taught us so many new games. My young adult boys are still playing Chinese Poker at home and I am now beating my husband at gin. Truly the best family time I could have asked for now that our kids are all off living on their own. Each day was an adventure seeing different islands in the BVI and USVI.
We enjoyed paddle boarding, fishing and a great hike on St. John. Thank you Chino and Noa for such a fabulous week. Can't wait to connect with both of you again soon!!! You were all so accommodating with all of the crazy covid restrictions. We are so grateful you were able to make this trip happen. The safest covid trip around!!!
Noa was the sweetest, most professional, most amazing chef whom always went out of her way to please. We were all blown away by her abilities to make the most delicious and beautiful meals. Chino was always positive and happy. Joined in our families game playing and constantly made us laugh, All the while staying in control and captaining the ship. He was a true leader every step of the way.
Our family all boasted that we were the luckiest to have had ChiNoa for our crew ( out of the three boats we were traveling with). ChiNoa were the hardest working couple. Always the first up in the morning and last to stay up at night. They constantly had suggestions for travel , remained in control, but couldn’t be friendlier in their approach.
My entire family would recommend ChiNoa and True Story to our friends and anyone inquiring. Our experience was made special because of Chino and Noa. We are truly grateful and appreciative and will forever hold them and this trip in our hearts.

The carefully navigated week by Chino and Noa allowed us to dive every day at a different location. Chino was always a step ahead of the plan.
It was very hard not to beg Noa to come home with us. She is one of the most talented chefs we've ever had and a delight to be with.
We planned a murder mystery dinner one night that they helped me orchestrate, and it could not have been more fun.
The True Story was the perfect size for our party of 9 adults. Each room had very comfortable mattresses, sheets and towels. The master was very roomy and had plenty of space. The size of the boat gave us a very smooth sail even in the rougher waters when sailing to new destinations. We had a very meaningful time and would rate it a perfect "10".
We hope to keep in touch with them and would definitely love to travel with them again. We love them both as they made this a trip to remember."

True Story is like a floating villa that is equipped to make your trip as relaxing or as action packed as you’d like. Chino and Noa were effortlessly able to accommodate our entire group as we all engaged in different activities, including stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba, fishing, and tubing behind the dinghy. Each day brought us to a new gorgeous location and a new adventure.
The kids loved experiencing the transit sails either from the dolphin seats or the nets, occasionally getting splashed or happily getting drenched by a quick passing tropical rain burst. Some of the trip highlights were swimming with dolphins in Brewer’s Bay, scuba diving for lobster near Caneel Bay, paddling in Magen’s Bay, and tubing at dusk in Rendezvous Bay.
Each night we laughed and celebrated the day during Captain’s Cocktail Hour, where the adults enjoyed exquisite cocktails made by the captain and an amazing platter of hors d'oeuvres from Noa, all while enjoying 360-degree sunset views from the fly-bridge.
The food on our charter was also exceptional and led to many recipe requests. Pleasing the adults with delicious meals that are beautifully plated was one thing; however, winning over the group of picky kid-eaters was arguably the harder task. Noa easily delivered on both challenges and did so with a smile and with no visible stress. Her patience and love of the children was impossible to miss throughout the week.
In Summary, our time on True Story was easily one of our best and most memorable vacations to date. In addition to lifelong memories, we feel like we made wonderful friends in Chino and Noa and can’t wait to return to True Story.
