Big yacht, simple plan. TOP FIVE II is a 61m (200’2”) Royal Hakvoort built in 2021, set up to sleep 12 guests. The headline is outdoor living that actually works: a beach club for low-effort sea access, plus a swimming pool when you want water time without committing to the ocean. Laziness, but engineered.
Private deck option. There’s a dedicated owner’s deck, and a glass elevator serving all decks so the yacht stays friendly for mixed ages and mobility levels. One stateroom is wheelchair accessible. No obstacle course vibes.
Wellness and downtime. TOP FIVE II brings a gym and sauna for the “I’ll start Monday” crowd, plus a movie theater when the sun finally wins. Stabilizers at anchor help keep evenings calmer when the bay is doing its thing.
Toys that matter. For on-water days, you have four Jet Skis, a waterslide, two SeaBobs, and an Aquabana inflatable set-up, backed up by a 7.5m X-Craft beach landing tender for easy shuttles. This is a yacht for guests who want to be in the water a lot, not just look at it.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like TOP FIVE II, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($150,000 - $240,000), making the charter cost $750,000 to $840,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
