TAIL LIGHTS Yacht Description

  • Deck jacuzzi (6-person):
Soak on the flybridge with sea views, plus a wet bar and alfresco dining.
  • Jet Ski (Kawasaki, 3-person):
Fast, easy fun for thrill-seekers, plus wakeboard and waterski sessions behind the tender.
  • Starlink Wi‑Fi:
More reliable connection for streaming and checking in with work while you cruise.

Flybridge first. TAIL LIGHTS is a 116ft Azimut built in 2011 and refit in 2016, set up for days that revolve around the flybridge: a deck jacuzzi, wet bar, and alfresco dining so nobody has to choose between shade, snacks, and staying part of the conversation.

A proper master. The owner’s suite sits amidships and is reached via a private staircase, with a king bed, sitting area, self-service bar, and a large en suite with bathtub plus separate jet rain shower. Quiet, separated, and genuinely usable as a retreat.

Ten guests, easily. Accommodation is in 5 suites sleeping up to 10, including two VIP queen cabins and two twin cabins with Pullman berths, all with en suite bathrooms. Best for ten unless you have younger members.

Water time is covered. A 32ft Scout tender handles the heavy lifting for beach runs and exploring. Add a Jet Ski, wakeboard, kneeboard, kayak, inflatable water toys, snorkeling gear, and fishing equipment. Busy, in the right way.

Stable at anchor. With stabilizers at anchor, the boat stays calmer when you are parked up, which makes the jacuzzi and outdoor dining feel like a plan instead of a balancing exercise.

Accommodation

TAIL LIGHTS comfortably accommodates 12 guests in five staterooms. Formal dining for 10 and if 12 guests, the dining is family style.

TAIL LIGHTS features numerous comfortable outdoor lounging and al fresco options from the bow, fly bridge to the aft deck.

Owner's private master suite is fully separate with a private staircase leading below amidships with King size bed, sitting chairs, small self-service bar, and safe. The large en-suite bathroom has bathtub and separate jet rain shower, twin sinks.

-Two identical VIP suites with Queen beds
-Two identical Guest suites with Twin beds each with pullman
Each with en-suite bathroom and jet rain shower

All new soft goods to include bed covers, linens, towels, etc. and light carpeting below deck.

On the main deck there is a media room forward which has a convertible sofa bed (double) and a day head just opposite with w jet shower which closes off to make a private cabin. There is an additional day head on the main deck.

The spacious fly bridge is where all the fun takes places and is ideal for entertaining and outdoor enjoyment with large center line Jacuzzi on deck, marble top wet bar/TV and 3 bar stools, comfortable al fresco dining seats up to 10 with extendable teak table to accommodate 12 guest total. Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like TAIL LIGHTS, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($20,000 - $32,000), making the charter cost $100,000 to $112,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

TAIL LIGHTS CHARTER TESTIMONIALS

Testimonials:

November 2022

Captain Sean was outstanding. Very accommodating but firm when necessary.

Chef Thomas Day
We were extremely surprised and pleased with the quality of Tom’s cuisine. He was a star.

Presentation, flavors, quality exceeded expectations, very thoughtful in terms of what we wanted and impressive variety.

We loved Stewardesses Becky and Jade. They were attentive even when we didn’t know it, we literally couldn’t touch a glass without them intervening and assisting. Also great personality fits for us.

The Deck Crew were very helpful with the toys and were outstanding in their own ways. . Impressive in the consistency and quality of service.

Yacht:
Interior & exterior condition was Like new, what else can I say?
Layout and ambiance was Superb.

Tenders & toys:
Really appreciated Susan’s assistance and guidance on this, the variety of toys made a huge difference.

Any room for improvements? No, my entire group was blown away, we will definitely do this again.

Will return to TAIL LIGHTS soon.

February 2022

Well after much thought I have to confess the following negatives about our week on Tail Lights….
1) It’s over. ☹
2) Pretty sure we each came home a few pounds heavier.
3) Back home we experienced much separation anxiety ---from Dave’s cooking, Michelle’s margaritas, Sarah’s smiling face, Garrett’s “fix it” skills, Peter’s expertise on all things floating and/or motorized, and of course Captain Sean’s friendly personality, skill and leadership.
In other words, I don’t think we could top this crew and this trip. The fact that all the crew members had just met each other the week before was unbelievable. They were so highly skilled, amicable, pleasant, and compatible. When Dave heard we wanted to watch the Super Bowl, he quickly designed a 9 course menu of Super Bowl food. I’ve never had anything like it! Every half hour we had some mouthwatering, extraordinary appetizer—all leading up to the grand finale of sliders and crispy hot fries…and warm brownies. One night we celebrated our son in law’s bday and were surprised with a Disco theme complete with costumes. The entire crew joined in and made the night so fun. Michelle and Sarah could not have been more delightful, kinder, more patient and ready to meet our every need. I wanted to bring them home! All of the crew was top notch and we would not change a thing.

May 2021
"We just arrived home and as you can imagine everyone was very sad to leave the boat. The boat was awesome and Capitan Sean and Crew were amazing. My kids are still posting the amazing meals Chef Tom cooked and all the adults are missing the fabulous drinks that were prepared by Suzy Q and Jess. Sean, Chris , Jess and Rob (aka Dallas) did a great Job getting all our adventures in even with the wind blowing. As I told them when we left the boat is great but the Crew really made the trip something special.
Thanks for your help in arranging and we will definitely contact you for our next trip on Tail Lights."

Hi Susan

The below message says it all.

Thank you and take care.

Neil Emmott

"Dear Neil,

From our whole family we can’t thank you enough! This was by far the best trip of our lives. We are beyond grateful to both of you for making this happen. Thank you, thank you.

The yacht and the crew were beyond our expectations and we all enjoyed every minute of it. And don’t get me started on the chef and all of our meals, an absolute 10+!

The only worry we have now is how will we ever top this? We need to plan the next one!

Thank you again,
Charterer

September 2022
Hi Susan,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you with feedback from the "Charterer" They had a great few days aboard TAIL LIGHTS and really liked the crew, and had zero complaints or suggestions. I was discussing another charter with the client earlier this week and they would have taken TAIL LIGHTS again later this month if she wasn’t already booked and heading south. His wife also sent me the following message.

Thank you for checking in. We had an amazing time on the Tail Lights and the crew was so nice!

Warm Regards,

Charterer

Broker:
From a personal perspective I found Captain Sean excellent to work with. He took control of everything, was extremely responsive and nothing was any problem - I had full confidence that he and the crew were going to deliver a great experience for the guests. I would not hesitate to put clients aboard TAIL LIGHTS in the future (and based on the bookings you have for the winter I guess plenty of others share that opinion!)

Thanks again,

Broker
