This is the fast, shallow‑draft, reef‑hunting one. SORANA is a 2018 Princess, refit in 2023, built to slip over shallow banks at 1.7m draft and still hit around 27 knots when you decide the bay is old news. That combo—speed plus skinny draft—means more anchorages, closer to the beach, and less time burning daylight in transit.
Stabilizers handle the motion, not you. With at‑anchor and underway stabilizers, SORANA is set up for guests who like the idea of a yacht but not the idea of constant roll. You get the bays and the views without having to chase your drink across the table.
Real cabins, not “technically a bed” cabins. She sleeps 8 guests in 4 proper cabins: a full‑beam master, a VIP, a double, and a convertible twin/double, all en suite. It’s a realistic setup for two families or a friends’ trip where nobody has to pretend the smallest cabin is “fine, really.”
Outdoor space built for actually using it. Big foredeck sunpads, flybridge with bar and automated roof, aft deck dining and a proper swim platform make it easy to live outside all day. Shade when you want it, sun when you don’t care, and a direct step into the water when someone “accidentally” drops the paddleboard.
Toys: enough to keep people off their phones. Wakeboard, kneeboard, paddleboard, 2‑person kayak, sea‑scooter and snorkel gear, backed up by a 3.66m GALA Viking tender to shuttle you in and out. It’s the “we’re staying in this bay another day” kit list.
Inside, it’s clean, modern Princess logic. Bright saloon, dining for 8, quality audio, Wi‑Fi and full‑boat air‑conditioning. The crew of three runs the yacht, the toys and the service so you can pretend you’re just “winging it” while everything quietly works in the background.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like SORANA II, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($8,750 - $14,000), making the charter cost $43,750 to $49,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

They took such great care of us, fed us incredibly well, and were a delight to be with.

The yacht is incredible too. I’m glad I chose a Princess Yacht.

The captain took us to the most beautiful beaches, the crew had knowledge of the best places to snorkel, shop, etc.
The chef was extremely accommodating to health and dietary restrictions.
Even with dietary restrictions he made the best meals we had on the trip on or off the boat.
The service was top notch, our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend on this charter!
