Big cat, eight guests. SOME KIND OF WONDERFUL is a 72-foot Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran (built 2016, refit 2023) that sleeps 8 in four en-suite cabins, with the sort of beam that keeps groups from living on top of each other.
Flybridge is the move. The oversized flybridge gives you a proper second lounge and viewing platform, so half the group can be up in the breeze while the rest claim the shaded aft deck for meals and downtime. Multiple lounging and dining zones. No schedule required.
Water time, simplified. There is an extended tender platform that doubles as a swim platform, plus an outdoor shower for quick de-salt rinses between dips.
Toys that get used. Expect the practical hits: paddleboards, a kayak, floating mats, a kneeboard, towable tubes, and water skis for adults and kids, plus snorkel gear and an underwater camera and video setup for documenting the evidence.
Modern comforts onboard. Full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a saloon TV and stereo, and a BBQ keep the onboard living easy when you want a night in.

>> We had the Shaka Zulu last night. We had the Zulu man. We had drums. If we have a clan and any kind of event that they want to have here, we can definitely arrange. Born and raised here on the West side of St. Thomas, where it's lush land. Um, I started sailing at the St. Thomas Yacht Club and moved on from there to now being on a wonderful cat like this.
One of the big highlights of this boat is that it does have an extended bow. It gives you so much more space. Yes, it's why, as you walk along, you can fit about two people as you walk on the deck. So it's a very wide decking as you walk. We sport three head sails that are amazing. This boat is not super heavy. It is built for sailing. It's built for amazing sailing and maneuverability on the water.

You have amazing sitting area, nice lounge area right back here, two nice little bedding areas, along with a full, full nice couch sitting to the captain helper chair because at any point you can decide either to join the group and sit this way, or you can decide, "I want to be part of this sailing experience and sit here with me," and I will explain to you, give you some great knowledge, and teach you also how to sail a wonderful vessel like this.
If you really want to experience the islands and experience the Virgin Islands, I think the best way is to come and have a local captain show you around. I have some amazing secret spots to show you, amazing on-island spots to show you, food, entertainment, the whole nine yards. So definitely come and experience the islands the island way.
I feel like having a broker, a broker is someone who comes to us. One, they have the knowledge, and that's why they're here today, so that they have the knowledge that the clients need so that they can fulfill all their ideas of what their amazing vacation would look like. And once you talk to your broker at least once, they will already have the idea of what and who vessel or charter crew that you need to be with, and you're going to have an amazing experience, one that you will talk about for the rest of your life. So that is why you need a broker, is because your broker brings you to paradise.
