Tri-deck, 120 feet. REAL SUMMERTIME is a 120’ motor yacht built in 2000 and refit in 2022, set up to sleep 12 guests in five staterooms. It is a solid pick for families and mixed-age groups who want proper space without living in each other’s pockets.
Deck life, sorted. You get a third-level deck jacuzzi for the reset button, plus a beach club with underwater lights for easy water time and a good-looking evening backdrop. Simple win: more time outside, less time negotiating where everyone should sit.
Movie night outdoors. The second-level outdoor cinema turns downtime into an actual plan. Add Starlink on board and you can stream, post, or pretend you are not checking email.
Cabins with logic. There’s an on-deck, full-beam master with a tub and separate shower, plus three queen cabins and a kids’ bunk room with over-under twins. And yes, stabilizers are onboard. Nice.
Toys that get used. Two jet skis, four Yamaha sea scooters, paddleboards, kayaks, wakeboards, towables, snorkel and fishing gear, plus a floating dock swim platform and a full beach setup. Bring the group that likes to rotate between “in the water” and “watching the water.”

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like REAL SUMMERTIME, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($23,750 - $38,000), making the charter cost $118,750 to $133,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
