Oui Cherie is an exceptionally spacious Lagoon 52F know for it’s deluxe cabins and performance sailing. The 52F is Lagoon’s performance luxury model; perfectly intersects the ideas of comfort and capability. It's accommodations are fit for the collaboration of adventure and gratification.
Oui Cherie houses 3 extra-spacious queen staterooms- including a stunning Master and VIP cabin. All guest cabins include their own private ensuite head and stand alone shower. This yacht offers extraordinary space for its size both above and below deck and is suitable for any variety of people desiring to get away: families, friends, coworkers, children, couples- you name it!
There are tremendous amounts of entertaining and relaxing space on board this vessel. The Flybridge: where the helm and sailing functions meet the enormous convertible settee- provide the best seat in the house whether under sail or under stars. The Forward Cockpit Lounge: where morning coffee meets the sunrise. The Aft Cockpit: where the exquisite meals are served and chaise lounges are spread throughout the yacht. The Main Salon: which houses the open-concept galley, large sofa-chaise and flat-screen TV. And also a more formal dining area should that be desired.

Presented by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht OUI CHERIE is a 52 ft sailing catamaran. The most appealing features of OUI CHERIE are her generous space and culinary experience. OUI CHERIE spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was completed by the well-known ship builder Lagoon in 2017. The ingenious yacht layout features 3 generous cabins and easily accommodates up to 6 guests.
OUI CHERIE is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is where heart of the yacht is and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The tasteful cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. The cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.
The sailboat features Dual Yanmar 80 HP Onan 21.5kw Bow Thruster engines and a generator.

Pieter runs this boat like he grew up in the sea itself, reading wind, swell, and reef so you get BVI days that hit hard and clean without stress or wasted motion.He lines up dives, lobster runs, and quiet anchorages with the precision of someone who left the workshop ashore for a life where every mile actually matters.
- Raised on South Africa’s west coast, freediving for lobster and abalone from an early age.
- 16 years in family business focused on mechanical maintenance and steel fabrication before going full-time to sea.
- Captaincy launched on a 65 ft classic schooner out of Cape Town, in heavy swell and strong-wind conditions.
- Charter experience across Zanzibar, East Coast of Africa, and multiple Caribbean hubs including BVI, St Maarten, Antigua, St Vincent & the Grenadines, and St Lucia.
He moves between galley and deck like it’s one job, keeping service tight while you eat, drink, and forget what day it is.
- South African background with early, hands-on training cooking and baking alongside his mother and grandmother.
- Holds a diploma in Hospitality Management and a professional chef-school certificate.
- Experience working on a superyacht before transitioning into sailing-yacht charters.
- 3 years sailing and 2 years chartering experience in professional yacht settings.
