Step 1: pull up, fold out the wings, sit on the ocean. This 2019 Galeon 68 (refit 2024) is built around its party trick: fold‑out balconies with a sleek bar and stools that put you literally over the water. Add the big swim platform and you’ve basically turned the whole aft section into your own floating beach club.

Step 2: playtime firmware installed. A 13ft tender with 40hp, towable tubes, water skis, paddleboard, inflatable pool and floating mat mean your “we’ll just cruise a bit” plan usually lasts about five minutes before someone is airborne behind the boat. This is a fun-first platform, not a static viewing deck.

Step 3: inside is not an afterthought. The yacht sleeps 6 guests in 3 en-suite staterooms (king, queen, twin), with full air‑conditioning, salon TV/stereo, onboard Wi‑Fi, ice maker and a built‑in BBQ. It’s set up so a small group can actually live comfortably onboard for select multi‑day charters, not just survive between Instagram uploads.

Step 4: you’re here to enjoy it, not to drive it. A full‑time professional crew runs the boat; the captain is the only one who drives. You focus on the grill, the bar, and the toys. They handle the 68ft, 24‑knot hardware stack in the background.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like Optimus Prime, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($15,000 - $24,000), making the charter cost $75,000 to $84,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
