Fresh 2024 Lagoon. ON A WHIM III is a 46-foot Lagoon catamaran built in 2024, set up for 6 guests who want modern systems and a clean, new-boat feel without going big for the sake of it.
Easy outdoor living. Foredeck seating for the daytime crowd, then the cockpit takes over with a proper dining table for six, drop-down shades, and a large Bimini sunshade. Shade matters.
In and out, fast. A swim platform and outdoor shower make water time low-friction, and the onboard BBQ keeps lunch simple when nobody wants to “go in.” Air conditioning and Wi‑Fi are there when you do.
Simple cabin plan. She sleeps 6 in 3 queen cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom, so three couples (or a family group) get equal footing.
Toys that get used. Expect snorkeling equipment, two standup paddleboards, assorted floats and inflatable water toys, plus a ZUP board and Sub Wings for a bit of variety between swims.

Everything from Hog Heaven (what a view!), Scrub Island massages and especially to us getting to Anegada (which was beyond special and a fantastic day and night), it all worked out so seamlessly. We also felt so accomplished finally pronouncing Henru’s name right by the end of the week. Your hospitality was extraordinary, somehow you always knew what we needed even before we did. We could not have dreamed up a better vacation or celebration for our mom’s birthday if we tried!! The accommodations, hospitality, and scenery was out of a fairytale - as was the food! By the end of the trip Alex and Renee felt more like family than anything else!! If only we could take them home with us (which we don’t want to return to).
We are hopeful this is one of many trips together "on a whim”!

I want to express our complete satisfaction with our crew, Alex and Renee and the boat, On A Whim. It was a trip of a lifetime for our family and a great way to celebrate 60 for me. The boat was clean, fresh, fully equipped and completely sufficient for the 6 of us.
I can’t say enough good things about the crew, Alex and Renee. The two of them made the trip a wonderful experience for all. They satisfied our visits to places we suggested and then took us to some special places, we would have never of known of. The two of them were there to accommodate us for all our needs and wants. They went above and beyond our expectations with their knowledge, care and hospitality. The meals, snacks, and drinks were delicious. Renee put a lot of care into the variety and presentation of every meal. Both Alex and Renee made it really hard to leave. We will highly recommend the boat and especially Alex and Renee to anyone and everyone.
