Designed to share day trips or long-haul cruises comfortably with family and friends, this 2021 Samana 59 has many spacious areas in which to relax. Ohana features 3 expansive queen cabins each with private ensuite baths, electric heads, vanity, and separate showers. The yacht's interior, bathed in natural light and equipped with custom air-conditioning, offers an inviting ambiance. Host long lazy lunches in the amazing cockpit that accommodates large groups of guests comfortably, and then unwind on the inspired modular sunbathing deck on the catamaran’s foredeck or on the expansive flybridge with its 360 degree view of the beautiful blue waters. You will love this yacht’s luxuriously appointed interior, contemporary fixtures, and a true lounge area in the salon.
Offered by DMA Yachting, the impressive charter yacht OHANA is a 59 ft sailing catamaran. The most valuable elements of OHANA are her well-chosen interiors and alfresco dining areas. OHANA spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the famous yacht builder Fountaine Pajot in 2021. The well-planned yacht layout features 3 generous cabins and comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
OHANA is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is where heart of the yacht is and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. Brian runs OHANA like he used to run cold New England races—decisive, calm, and always hunting for the best line, so you get smooth sailing and serious fun instead of guesswork. He traded frozen dock lines for the Virgin Islands and now works this cruising ground like it’s his own backyard, sliding you into the quiet coves and clean anchorages most people never find.
- Grew up sailing Long Island Sound and coastal New England with a family racing background.
- Owned and operated multiple sailing vessels on the U.S. East Coast before moving to the Caribbean.
- Full-time liveaboard catamaran sailor in the Virgin Islands for several years.
- Experienced in adventure travel, including backcountry and helicopter skiing in the Rocky Mountains.
Jessi turns island-hopping into a rolling food story, dropping plates that look sharp and taste bigger than the boat, while keeping service tight but easy so you can relax hard. She’s worked every corner of a yacht, so your dives, decks, and dinners all line up without you ever seeing the effort.
- Born in Johannesburg, raised between city life and coastal holidays in Knysna, South Africa.
- PADI Junior Open Water certified at 12; later became a professional Dive Instructor.
- BA in Creative Brand Communication and Marketing; former graphic designer and social media manager in Cape Town.
- Yachting experience across superyachts, motor yachts, and sailing vessels as deckhand, dive instructor, stewardess, and chef.

This is hands down the most relaxing Caribbean trip we have had as a family. Honestly, I was a bit anxious before the trip, worrying that the girls would be bored. But you guys totally blew our expectations out of the water – from the excursions you organized, to the cocktail drinks you catered to our preference and the Michelin level meals you prepared. We can tell the thought and care you put into getting ready for the charter and the effort to make every group feel welcome/comfortable. We cannot recommend you guys enough! I think all of us would agree that experiencing Necker Island was the best part of the trip. It started off as a joke to go to the island because my sister is a huge fan of Tarte makeup and they were having one of their influencer trips there during our trip. Brian said he actually had a contact for island tours and was able to get us on in 2 days. What started out as a joke with my sister turned out to be the coolest part of our trip. Definitely a surreal experience since I grew up hearing about that island for the last 20 years. Anegada was also a new experience for us, so that was a fun day. We rented Mokes for the day and bounced around the island and different beach bars. Soggy Dollar is also always a classic.

You really felt like an extension of our family during this trip. We loved adventuring on all the different islands with you guys, enjoying all the amazing food, and the incredible amount of laughs. The islands of course are beautiful, the sunsets, the water and even the weather. However, as so often in this case you remember the people.
