LADY ELAINE Yacht Description
-
4x Waverunners:
Plenty of turns for the group, from quick spins to longer island-to-island rides. -
3x Seabobs:
Premium Seabob sea scooters for fast snorkeling runs and playful underwater exploring. -
At-anchor stabilizers:
Less roll at night and during lunch stops, so everyone sleeps and relaxes better.
Big boat, easy living. LADY ELAINE is a 163-foot Christensen motor yacht built in 2008 and refit in 2018 (with a further refit listed for 2024). She sleeps 12 guests in 6 cabins, so you can bring the full group without playing musical staterooms.
Two jacuzzis, no waiting. There is a deck Jacuzzi for the social crowd, plus a Jacuzzi in the primary cabin when you want quiet. Add stabilizers for a calmer ride and an elevator linking decks, and the day runs smoothly even when not everyone is on the same schedule. Nice.
Skylounge = grown-up zone. The full-width skylounge sets up well for evenings with a sunken bar, multiple seating areas, and three high-definition TVs with surround sound. There is also an extra-wide al fresco dining table for 12 on the skylounge aft, so dinner does not need to be a two-seating operation.
Toys that get used. Expect proper water time with 4 waverunners, 3 Seabobs, a waterslide, wakeboard, paddleboards, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and a 37’ (11.2m) Intrepid tender (2020) for fast trips to and from the action. Underwater lights under the swim platform help keep the after-dark swim crew entertained.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like LADY ELAINE, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($50,000 - $80,000), making the charter cost $250,000 to $280,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
