Robin is a highly experienced sailor with extensive experience as both second mate and captain. He has captained several transatlantic crossings and extensive charters in the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and northern Europe. His recent experience includes acting as second capitain on the Sunreef 70 ONE PLANET and captaining vessels such as AJACCIO, GRAND SOLEIL and REVE DE NAV. Robin's responsibilities also have included overseeing the maintenance and preparation of the boats for transatlantic voyages. In his free time he enjoys scuba diving, kite surfing and running.
Job Description
Robin has the expertise required to stand in for the captain in his absence, acting in an important role for deckhand duties. He assists the captain during navigation and participates in all on-deck operations, respecting guests’ activities. He has extensive knowledge of the maintenance of sailing yachts and is responsible for the running of deck equipment and machinery.

In addition to her culinary expertise, she is also well-versed in sailing, and enjoys activities such as diving and cooking classes around the world.

As the Chef, Sonia is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable and that all dietary requirements are met. She is a creative cook, providing a variety flavours in her dishes and cooking meals that correspond to the location of LA LOÉVIE, ensuring there is as much relevance as possible to the country being visited.
