Escapade is your ultimate panoramic charter option! She is characterized by completely open spaces. Boasting clean cut interior design and large, luxury social areas. Providing a large tilt-and-turn door and sliding windows for a never ending grand vision on the ocean. Escapade promises a 5-star luxury charter yacht that is modern and eminently stylish!

Offered by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht Escapade is a 54 ft sailing catamaran. Escapade spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was delivered by the renowned boatbuilder Bali Catamarans in 2022. The ingenious yacht layout features 4 generous cabins and easily accommodates a group of 8 guests.

Escapade is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is where heart of the yacht is and that's where most of the meals are served. The tastefully decorated cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). The cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.

Accommodation

1 master queen cabin with dual entrances, one to the saloon and one to the aft deck. Jump straight into the Ocean from your bedroom!
The other 3 double cabins are all roomy and spacious, with full bathrooms. Two of which have separate showers.
All main cabins have full A/C and the temperature of each room is individually controlled.
Small single cabin available on request, entrance is through hatch on the deck. Great for children or teenagers.

$100 discount per person. Includes 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at

● LOCAL FARE OPTION:

Yacht offers an inclusive water taxi transfer from Sapphire Beach Marina, St. Thomas for charters booked in the BVI, for all charters with a charter price exceeding $30,000. The tender, Onyx, is a 37ft tender complete with shade and AC. Onyx will first clear customs before joining the yacht in the West End, British Virgin Islands.

Guests will be dropped off at Sapphire Beach Resort, St. Thomas, USVI upon disembarkation from the yacht in BVI.

Guests are responsible for booking their own transfers on the water taxi's website using a specific promo code. Please inquire for details upon booking if tender service is desired. This transfer is subject to availability on the day of booking. 5-night minimum required.
**Escapade will be BVI-based for the 24/25 season, BVI ports preferred.

Your Skipper: Luke

Luke was born in Johannesburg but grew up in the coastal city of Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The lifestyle that a small city offers allowed him to fully participate in schooling activities, club sports and the time to maximise all that life by the ocean has to offer. Luke has always been an outdoors person since he can remember, enjoying the raw beauty nature has to offer which is all around us. He believes this is where his passion for yachting stems from and satisfaction he gets from being your Captain.

His captaining experience since his first catamaran navigating the entire Croatian coastline to more recently crossing the Atlantic Ocean from South Africa to the Caribbean, has indeed taught him many valuable lessons and allowed him to develop a high level of responsibility.

Luke defines himself as energetic, helpful, persistent, hardworking, and possesses a strong willingness to learn. Not only this, but Luke’s determined to provide an unforgettable charter experience.

Originally from Pennsylvania, USA, Chloe always felt as if she was being pulled away from her small hometown and towards the ocean. So naturally, she joined the yachting industry. She has since fallen in love with scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, and will climb almost any mountain.

Chloe seeks adventure at every opportunity, especially when it comes to the food she serves. She draws inspiration for her dishes from her travels around the Caribbean islands, techniques learned during professional culinary training in New Orleans, as well as her passion for unique flavour profiles from all around the world. She is currently taking a nutritional therapy course, and loves to utilise this knowledge to create balanced meals, practice healthy living, and share tips with her guests.

Meet Melody, a 24-year-old culinary dynamo from Toronto, Canada. With a deep-seated passion for the sea and sailing, Melody has navigated through both professional and personal pursuits with a zest for adventure. For the past two years, she's been cooking up a storm as a private chef on sailing boats in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

When Melody isn't working on a boat, she enjoys skiing and touring in the mountains. She also likes playing golf, tennis, or pickleball because she enjoys the company and competition.

Melody cares a lot about doing things well and making people feel welcome, she loves using top-quality ingredients to make delicious meals. She's a friendly and hardworking team player who's always eager to help out. Melody believes that food is a big part of any trip, so she makes sure her dishes are not only tasty but also picture-perfect Instagram worthy.

Friendly, funny, and fuelled by a love for what she does, Melody's goal is to keep exploring the world while serving up new and exciting dishes to her crew and guests.


Captain Rolf

Meet Rolf, a Viking at heart from the stunning fjords of Norway. With an undying love for sailing, he's dedicated to sharing the thrill of the open sea with others. Nothing brings Rolf more joy than seeing the excitement on someone's face as they raise their first sail. After a day of adventure, he savors dropping anchor in a peaceful bay, enjoying a feast prepared by the onboard chef.

Rolf's journey with the sea began racing dinghies along Norway's coastline. His talent led him to international competitions and coaching at just 15. Now, as a Captain, he's tackled daring voyages, including crossing the Atlantic.

With over 15,000 miles of experience and extensive navigation skills, he has become adept at handling vessels and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. Rolf possesses a knack for problem-solving, qualities that have proven invaluable in his role as a captain.

In addition to his sailing endeavours, Rolf has also worked in the Adriatic Sea, gaining valuable experience in crew management, vessel maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Sailing isn't merely a profession for him; it's his life's passion, driving him to share the thrill with all who join him on the waves.
