Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like REVE BLEU, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€9,000 - €15,750), making the charter cost €54,000 to €60,750. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew
Captain: Maxime DENOIX
Maxime reads wind and water fast and silent, then drives REVE BLEU like a racer while keeping the ride smooth enough for champagne glasses not to move. He turns the Caribbean and Mediterranean into his personal back yard and invites you in.
- French captain, lifelong sailor raised in Brittany.
- Former professional regatta sailor and maneuvering coordinator on classic yacht “Mariquita”.
- Ocean experience across Atlantic, Mediterranean and Pacific on deliveries and charters.
- Founder of a kite‑drawn boat venture; specialist in performance sailing and watersports (towing, snorkeling, underwater hunting).
Alexis runs the galley like a precision lab, dropping plates that look calm and simple until the first bite hits with Michelin‑grade detail and big, clean flavors. He builds every menu around the sea outside your window and what you feel like eating that hour.
- French chef with 16 years of professional culinary experience.
- Background across multiple restaurant styles and cuisines in Paris.
- Worked in Michelin‑starred kitchens including Dolce Chantilly and Samaritaine Paris.
- Fluent in French and English; focused on creative, guest‑driven menus for charter service.
Yohan turns the boat’s toy locker into your private training ground, from foils to seabobs, keeping it safe but never tame. He moves fast on deck, quiet in the water, and brings guests right up close to the underwater life he knows by heart.
- French first mate, lifelong sailor who started windsurfing at 13.
- Qualified sailing instructor in cruising, light sailing and wing foiling.
- Sailing experience in the English Channel, Atlantic, Mediterranean and Indian Ocean.
- Holds Captain 200 license; over a year operating REVE BLEU and her 42’ chase boat.
Mahée runs the interior like a quiet tide, always moving, never in the way, reading what guests need before they ask. She stitches island‑style warmth into crisp, high‑end service so the boat feels sharp and relaxed at the same time.
- French stewardess, born and raised on an island with a lifelong connection to the sea.
- Significant offshore experience, crossing multiple seas and oceans under sail.
- Professional background in hospitality with multiple onboard service roles.
