Featuring a flybridge with ample space to lounge and sunbathe as well as two cushioned seating areas on the foredeck, guests will never be more relaxed. The expansive cockpit includes sun shades and extra seating in addition to the dining table. Inside opens to a bright salon and indoor dining area and large galley. Sol Mates offers sleeping for 6 passengers in 3 Queen Cabins. All are ensuite with heads and showers. The Master Cabin is extremely spacious and luxurious!

Sol Mates is offered primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is expansive, with a comfortable dining and seating area and usually it where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The tasteful cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. I was born and raised in Langebaan on the West Coast of South Africa, a tranquil holiday destination for families, sailors, surfers and fishermen due to its stunning Lagoon and long white beaches. I grew up with a lot of respect for the water but with it came a deep love for what it offers. At leisure, we spend every possible moment on the water. We are very fortunate to have one of the Top rated Sailing academies our doorstep and in 2018 I decided to get qualified in the sailing industry that would allow me to live my passion. Elite Charters introduced me to the hospitality and charter industry in sailing where after my duties as Skipper and Operations Manager at Langebaan Luxury House Boats grew the love to serve guests.
My duties and responsibilities made me a professional in all different tasks on board but along came a strong enthusiasm to ensure a great guest experience. I am very much people-orientated with safety and comfort as priorities. I'm confident that Leandro and I as a power couple with our skills and experiences will create the most memorable holidays to our future guests.

I grew up in the Western Cape Province of South Africa in the eastern shore of Langebaan Lagoon, 120km from Cape Town. My brother and I were intrigued with water sports and boating activities from a very young age as our father taught us respect for water with confidence to be on it. I got my powerboat SAS Skippers license at the age of 16, which allowed me to spend a lot of leisure time on the water. My love for children led me on the adventure to Au-pair in Amsterdam for a year after high school and traveled Europe. Back in SA,I started as a waitress at Sun Valley Wedding Ranch and worked myself up to wedding coordinator and Head of catering. I gained extensive experience in many different fields, learning the best customer care and organization skills one needs in the hospitality industry. In 2018 I headed back to Langebaan and did my stewardship courses at Atlantic Yachting with the idea to join my highly qualified brother in the sailing industry. Covid sets that dream back, but this is when I met Westley. Together we are super excited to join our yachting and hospitality skills and experiences to create unforgettable memories for our guests.

Coast of South Africa, a tranquil holiday destination for families, sailors, surfers and fishermen due to its stunning Lagoon and long white beaches. I grew up with a lot of respect for the water but with it came a deep love for what it offers. At leisure, we spend every possible moment on the water. We are very fortunate to have one of the Top rated Sailing academies our doorstep and in 2018 I decided to get qualified in the sailing industry that would allow me to live my passion. Elite Charters introduced me to the hospitality and charter industry in sailing where after my duties as Skipper and Operations Manager at Langebaan Luxury House Boats grew the love to serve guests.<br /> My duties and responsibilities made me a professional in all different tasks on board but along came a strong enthusiasm to ensure a great guest experience. I am very much people-orientated with safety and comfort as priorities. I'm confident that Leandro and I as a power couple with our skills and experiences will create the most memorable holidays to our future guests.<br /> <br /> Chef Leandri -<br /> I grew up in the Western Cape Province of South Africa in the eastern shore of Langebaan Lagoon, 120km from Cape Town. My brother and I were intrigued with water sports and boating activities from a very young age as our father taught us respect for water with confidence to be on it. I got my powerboat SAS Skippers license at the age of 16, which allowed me to spend a lot of leisure time on the water. My love for children led me on the adventure to Au-pair in Amsterdam for a year after high school and traveled Europe. Back in SA,I started as a waitress at Sun Valley Wedding Ranch and worked myself up to wedding coordinator and Head of catering. I gained extensive experience in many different fields, learning the best customer care and organization skills one needs in the hospitality industry. In 2018 I headed back to Langebaan and did my stewardship courses at Atlantic Yachting with the idea to join my highly qualified brother in the sailing industry. Covid sets that dream back, but this is when I met Westley. For the following four years, she combined a career as SAP consultant with sailing, until she transitioned to a full time captain in 2019 and has not looked back since!<br /> <br /> Lieselot has been cruising all over the world, from Thailand, The French Polynesia, the Mediterranean, Bahamas, the Caribbean. Lieselot is a true lover of the outdoors, with a passion for running. Her goal on every charter is to deliver an unforgettable experience, whether you’re looking for a relaxing sunny vacation or an active adventure, Captain Lieselot looks forward to ensuring your charter experience will be one that you'll never forget!<br /> <br /> Chef Daša<br /> <br /> Daša is from a small town in Slovenia called Nova Gorica. She first worked as a hairdresser until she realized that she wanted to explore the world and embrace her adventurous spirit. <br /> <br /> In 2017 Daša took the leap and moved to New Zealand and Australia for two years. Daša's free spirited and adventurous character, meant home was sometimes with a view of the sea, sometimes mountains or lakes. There was one passion in particular that kept Daša focused and motivated along the way and that was her passion for Cooking! She soon discovered that she held a great appreciation for food and flavors.<br /> <br /> In 2019 she was introduced to the yachting industry and after working her first season on a charter yacht in Croatia, she realized that she had found her calling! Throughout the past four yours she has never stopped learning, her culinary skills are improving ever day and Daša adores her job!<br /> <br /> In 2022 Daša was invited to the cooking show “Masterchef” in Slovenia. This was one of the hardest challenges she had faced but she absolutely embraced it! She managed to stun the judges and left MasterChef with lots of new knowledge and motivation for future projects.
