The SABAI is an exquisite 33.8-meter tri-deck charter yacht, built by Cantiere Delle Marche in 2019 and recognized with the prestigious 2019 Boat International Design and Innovation Award. Combining boho-luxe interiors with innovative design, the yacht seamlessly merges comfort and sophistication. Its fluid architectural lines and natural tones create a harmonious environment that blends effortlessly with the surrounding ocean.
The yacht accommodates 10 guests in five luxurious staterooms, including a master suite on the main forward deck and four additional spacious staterooms amidships. Deluxe Pullman beds add flexibility for additional guests. The floating glass staircase, a centerpiece of the design, connects the levels with a sense of elegance and airiness.
Guests can indulge in the sundeck's illuminated glass-walled jacuzzi, offering panoramic views and a serene retreat. Surrounding it are plush sunpads and ample leisure space for socializing or relaxing. Adjacent to this area is a covered alfresco dining and bar space, providing shelter from the wind while maintaining a strong connection to the outdoors. The main salon, designed for lounging, flows effortlessly into the open sundeck, while the upper salon features a formal dining area centered around a striking table.
The dedicated crew of six ensures every need is met, while the onboard chef prepares gourmet meals tailored to guests' dietary preferences. Whether seeking laid-back elegance or thrilling water sports, SABAI delivers an unforgettable charter experience.
Illuminated glass hot tub on a beach-club style sundeck. That’s SABAI’s headline feature: a glass-walled jacuzzi on the upper deck, surrounded by wide sunpads and open-air lounging, turning the top of this 34m explorer into a private rooftop spa with sea views on tap.
Multi-award-winning interior (Boat International, 2019). SABAI’s Nauta-designed interior picked up major awards for a reason: full-height windows, floating glass staircase, and a clean, resort-like layout that actually works for living, not just for photos. Think refined materials (Loro Piana fabrics, Italian designer furniture) and a calm, “boho-luxe” feel without clutter.
Serious layout flexibility for real groups, not brochure groups. Built in 2019, SABAI sleeps up to 10 guests in 5 cabins, with a full-beam main deck master plus three doubles and two convertible twins with Pullmans. Translation: couples, families with kids, or friends who don’t want to fight over cabins all get workable, adult-sized spaces and proper ensuites.
Explorer hull, comfort-first engineering. Steel hull, full-displacement, and stabilisers both at anchor and underway mean the boat is built to travel, not just sit at anchor looking pretty. Cruising around 10 knots with long-range capability and a crew of 6, SABAI is set up for slower, more comfortable mileage and proper passages.
Toy locker disguised as a superyacht. Jet ski, Seabobs, kayaks, paddleboards, towables, water skis, wakeboard, snorkel kit, plus e-bikes and a Fliteboard on many setups: SABAI is configured for guests who actually plan to get wet and move around, not just observe the ocean from a sofa.
Grown-up social zones, indoors and out. Dual salons divide the day logically: a lounge-focused main salon that opens to terraces and deck life, and an upper salon with a serious dining table and bar. Add the upper deck barbecue and shaded alfresco dining around the jacuzzi level, and you get multiple real choices for where to eat, drink, and debrief the day’s toys.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like SABAI, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€31,250 - €50,000), making the charter cost €156,250 to €175,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Crew
Captain: Fergus Ross
Fergus drives SABAI with the quiet confidence of a captain who has burned tracks across most oceans, turning complex passages into simple, safe, sharp cruising for you. He reads weather, routes, and guests the same way—fast and exact—so every day lands where the water, light, and timing all hit right.
- British nationality
- Over 30 years of professional sea-going career
- Command experience on 37m M/Y HUSH and 52m S/Y ELFJE
- Cruising background across Mediterranean, Atlantic, Caribbean, Pacific, and Indian Ocean
Sean swapped classrooms for decks and now runs SABAI’s outside game with a teacher’s discipline and an athlete’s edge, keeping operations tight while you focus on play. He locks into new skills and new coasts fast, so the boat stays smooth even when the plan shifts.
- New Zealand nationality
- Previous career teaching in secondary schools across three countries
- Strong sporting background in both team and individual disciplines
- Entering his third yachting season and first season in the Caribbean
Ivan keeps SABAI’s machinery running lean and quiet, turning heavy metal and complex systems into invisible comfort while you move through the boat like it’s a boutique hotel. When something looks like it might blink, he’s already two checks ahead of it.
- Ukrainian nationality
- Two years’ experience in the yachting industry
- Technical background from commercial cargo vessels
- Engineering experience on 40m motor yachts prior to joining SABAI
Carlos runs the galley like a precision lab, dropping clean, high-flavor plates that track your day—light when you’re moving hard, deep and layered when the night slows down. He builds menus on what you actually like, not what’s easy to cook.
- Italian / Argentinian nationality
- Over 20 years of international hospitality experience since 1998
- Yachting career launched in 2012, including service on 150m superyachts
- Has cooked for the Italian Royal Family, Qatari and Chinese ministers, and artists including Sting, Robbie Williams, and Coldplay
Michele runs SABAI’s interior like an easy island resort, switching from discreet, high-polish service to relaxed, local-style hosting so your days feel natural, not staged. She knows the Caribbean like home turf and plugs you straight into the best of it.
- Dutch nationality
- Born in Portugal, raised in St. Maarten, later based in Scotland
- Lifelong connection to the ocean through a family background in sailing
- Caribbean local knowledge that she actively shares with guests
Jess brings a grounded, outdoorsy attitude and a designer’s eye, turning small touches—linen, lighting, table setup—into the kind of details guests remember. She keeps service upbeat and human, never stiff, so the boat feels like your place, not a showroom.
- Scottish nationality, raised in the Scottish Borders
- Degree in Design for Textiles
- Two years of yachting experience and in her second Caribbean season
- Previous background in housekeeping and hospitality
