Presented by DMA Yachting, the breathtaking charter yacht Oculus is a 128 ft motor yacht featuring a hot tub. The most valuable elements of Oculus are her well-chosen interiors and experienced crew. Oculus spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was constructed by the ship builder Oceanfast in 1996. A succesful refit was completed in 2020. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and easily accommodates a group of 10 guests.

Oculus is classified as a superyacht. The prominent section of the yacht, spacious aft deck, leads to the meticulously composed main saloon. The main saloon is a gathering space that is well-equipped and inviting for meaningful conversations and offers a range of entertainment options.

5 tasteful cabins are laid out to allow for comfortable access and private setting.

The motor yacht features 2x MTU Diesel Engines engines and a generator.

Revolutionary Styling by the famed visionary Jon Bannenberg, “Oculus” offers an incredible balance of perfect interior volume and immense exterior entertaining deck spaces.

Oculus offers a 5 stateroom layout with a On-Deck Master Suite and king size island berth. 3 of the guest staterooms are located on the lower deck consisting of a port double berth, starboard twin berth and a forward starboard stateroom that can convert to twin berths or a double berth. There is an exclusive private upper VIP stateroom located forward of the bridge deck aft. The VIP stateroom gives the guest an entire bridge deck to themselves when desired.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a motor yacht like Oculus, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($24,750 - $39,600), making the charter cost $123,750 to $138,600. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
