Following his high school years, Captain Mike embarked on a journey with the Air Force, allowing him to explore various corners of the globe, solidifying his deep-seated passion for maritime activities.
Since transitioning to a full-time role in the yachting industry in 2011, Captain Mike has assumed the roles of Captain and Engineer on numerous vessels, ranging from sport fishing boats to expansive yachts measuring up to 140 feet in length. His extensive experience includes navigating yachts from Hong Kong, traversing the Suez Canal and the Mediterranean Sea, back to his home base in Fort Lauderdale. Additionally, Captain Mike has steered vessels through the Panama Canal, extensively cruising the Atlantic Ocean, Bahamas, Abacos, Exuma Islands, and the Caribbean Sea. He has spent considerable time exploring the Florida Keys and traversing the Gulf of Mexico, while also enjoying the picturesque ports along the entire eastern coast of the United States, from Key West to Maine.
Passionate about all forms of water sports, Captain Mike delights in sharing his love for the sea with both guests and crew members alike. As an avid scuba diver and angler, he also enjoys tennis, golf, and a myriad of other sports, offering his expertise to help others excel. With three daughters of his own, Captain Mike takes particular joy in mentoring young crew members, nurturing their skills to ensure top-notch experiences on board. Once Rob finished high school, he moved to the US Virgin Islands seeking work in the charter boat industry. He diligently worked his way from deck hand to Captain. He has worked on virtually every type of watercraft including sailboats, powerboats, tall ships, watersport boats and commercial vessels. As a yacht captain, he’s had the pleasure of traveling to many places including the Caribbean, the Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Alaska, the Great Lakes, both entire US Coasts, and both Canadian Coasts. When not working, Rob can still be found in the water scuba diving and windsurfing. While on shore, Rob enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife and dogs. As Captain on M/Y QTR, Rob is committed to giving guests the best possible experience. Rob looks forward to welcoming you aboard soon.<br /> <br /> Ryan Bradley | FIRST MATE | American<br /> Ryan Bradley loves traveling, meeting new people and being of service so it only made sense that he would find his way to the yachting industry. Ryan started in the industry as a marine diesel tech in his home town of Fort Lauderdale FL, but quickly found he was wanting to travel with the boats he was working on. He set his sights on attaining a Captain’s license and now holds a 200ton MCA license. Ryan had worked with Captain Rob Crocker on a previous charter yacht and happily accepted the opportunity to work with him again. He now serves as Mate/Engineer on M/Y QTR. Together they focus on creating fun, memorable and always safe experiences for their guests. During his off-time, Ryan likes to stay active with mixed martial arts, all kinds of waters sports and traveling.<br /> <br /> Hannah Tibke | CHIEF STEWARDESS | American<br /> Also known as HT, is originally from North Dakota. An avid skier, she has been working in the hospitality industry for 6 years and decided to transition to yachts this year. She strives to create the best possible experience for guests.
