HIGH 5 Yacht Description
XX YACHT IS IN THE FACTORY. PHOTOS ARE OF A SISTER SHIP XX
The Bali 5.4 is a "Multihull of the Year" award-winning catamaran. The design was new to the market in 2019 and provided a fresh approach to sailing. It is revolutionary in how space is accessed, with deliberate attention to flow and open space and it succeeds in producing a scale that feels less like a boat, and more like an upscale floating condominium.
Bali catamarans are known and appreciated for their unparalleled success in blending luxury, space, and performance; producing a sailing experience that is unparalleled. This new design further capitalizes on that reputation with the advent of the "Bali garage door" that is the centerpiece of the yacht. It allows for the aft wall of the yacht to simply disappear, opening up the back of the yacht to an unobstructed view of paradise. This also affords indoor/outdoor dining options and gives the ever-present Caribbean breeze ample opportunity to make its way through the yacht with ease.
With her solid foredeck gone are the forward trampolines, replaced by a large relaxing lounge area complete with cushions for sunbathing. A full-sized door provides access directly from the lounge area into the salon, allowing free movement through the yacht. A walk up to the flybridge unveils a seating area perfect for cocktails and taking in sunsets. There is also another area for sunbathing on the flybridge where you can take in the sights of the islands from the highest vantage point on the yacht.
The Bali open space design is further complimented by the superior outfit and aftermarket items available on High 5. No detail has been left unnoticed from the fine linens, pillows and throws to the wine glasses, serving and flatware that make every day feel luxurious. She has been stocked full with every appliance and kitchen accessory to allow the chef to fully showcase the mastery of their art.
And the water toys abound, allowing guests to fully experience all the Caribbean has to offer, both in and out of the water.
High 5 will accommodate 8 charter guests in 3 spacious queen cabins and 1 sprawling master cabin for those who desire more space. She is a brand new 2023 sailing catamaran with a hard top, hydraulic lift, solar panels, air conditioning, water maker, ice maker, full sized refrigerator, a fully customizable menu, Caribbean made ecofriendly and reef safe toiletries, a bar stocked to guest preference, coffee/espresso machine, rendezvous scuba diving, snorkeling gear, underwater scooters, wakeboard, 2 stand up paddle boards, 10 ft. floating dock, pool noodles, fishing gear, board and card games, television in the salon, Fusion 3 Bluetooth enabled sound system and High 5 giveaways.
Introduced by DMA Yachting, the astonishing charter yacht HIGH 5 is a 55 ft sailing catamaran. The promiment features of HIGH 5 are her most appealing features and inviting socializing areas. HIGH 5 spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was constructed by the well-known ship builder Bali Catamarans in 2023. The ingenious yacht layout features 5 generous cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 8 guests.
HIGH 5 is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and usually it is where you, as a charter guest, spend most of your time. The tasteful cabins offer unbeatable views in the morning and are located just below deck. The cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. RYA/MCA Day Skippers for Sail and Power Craft
Hey there, sea-loving friends! Let me take you on a journey into the heart of Langebaan, the ultimate coastal haven on the West Coast of South Africa. Imagine growing up surrounded by the beauty of stunning lagoons, endless stretches of pristine beaches, and a community that's all about embracing the saltwater life. That's where my aquatic adventure began! From a young age, I soaked in not just the sun but also the deep respect and love for the water that defines Langebaan. Every spare moment became an opportunity to dive into the wonders of the sea, and it wasn't long before this passion led me to an exciting decision in 2018.
I decided to turn my love for the water into a full-blown profession. I set sail into the sailing industry, getting myself qualified and ready to live my dream. Elite Charters quickly became my playground, introducing me to the dynamic world of hospitality and sailing charters. Starting as a Skipper, I soon found myself taking on the role of Operations Manager at Langebaan Luxury House Boats. Now, I'm not just a sailor; I'm a pro at ensuring guests have an absolute blast on the water. From sailing adventures to seamless management, I've got the skills to turn your sea escapade into an unforgettable experience. But here's the kicker - I'm not doing it alone!
Teaming up with the fantastic Leandri, we're a dynamic duo ready to sprinkle some fun and create the most epic holidays for our guests. So, buckle up for an exciting voyage because we're not just making waves; we're making memories! Can't wait to share the joy of the ocean with you.
Chef Leandri
Supercrew Stewardess Course
Competent Crew Course
Ahoy there! I'm Chef Leandri, your go-to gal for culinary delights on the waves! Picture the scenic shores of Langebaan Lagoon, just a skip from Cape Town. Growing up in the Western Cape, I dived into water sports and boating, thanks to Dad's wisdom on confidence and water respect.
At 16, I got my SAS Skippers license, unlocking a world of aquatic leisure. Post-high school, I set sail for a year of au-pairing and European escapades in Amsterdam. Back home, I started as a waitress, climbing up to become a wedding coordinator at Sun Valley Wedding Ranch, polishing my customer care and organizational prowess. In 2018, my yachting dreams took shape with stewardship courses at Atlantic Yachting. Fate had a twist, introducing me to Westley during Covid. Together, we're a power duo, blending yachting and hospitality for waves of joy and unforgettable moments.
So, fellow sailors, brace yourselves for a seafaring adventure where the sea meets hospitality, promising a sprinkle of joy and unforgettable moments.

Reviews
Captain/host was Westley. Chef/Hostess was Leandri. Both were EXCELLENT!! They were knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, fun and both were hard working. Leandri in particular "cooked up a feast " for us at each meal. The catamaran Boatox is a beautiful boat, well appointed and well equipped. Our journey was a week of non stop activities and sailing to beautiful new places. God willing, we hope to sail again with Westley and Leandri!!
It was just heaven right here on earth. Daryl and Umbi, I can’t thank you enough for taking me to heaven with your kindness and care. You gave us a week that we will remember forever.
We had the most amazing week with you on High Five! Thank you for taking us to all of the great spots to snorkel, swim and have fun. The food was incredible, and it was a treat to be so cared for with your culinary creations. Brookie for the win! Most of all, thank you for your kindness and warmth. It’s a week to remember. Thank you! Xo
Thank you for such a wonderful trip on High 5. Everything has been first class - the food, the fun, and all the great company. Hot Tamale is the best captain/crew duo in the BVI! We will not forgot you guys.
5 stars for the High 5. Thanks for everything.
We are already thinking of when we get back on board with Tom and Mollie!
You guys are the best!
