Ebb & Flow is a lavishly appointed and exceptionally well maintained 2016 Lagoon 560, S2 Imagine Edition - the "fully loaded" option.
An homage to classic sailing yachts like full exterior teak decks pair harmoniously with modern interior design and a focus on comfort throughout all spaces.

Offered by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht EBB & FLO is a 56 ft sailing catamaran. EBB & FLO spends the summer and winter season in British Virgin Islands. She was completed by the ship builder Lagoon in 2016. A succesful refit was completed in 2021. The spacious yacht layout features 3 large cabins and easily accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.

EBB & FLO is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the heart of the yacht is the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where most of the delicious meals are served. The immersive cabins are connected by stairs to the main saloon - roomy, comfortable and pleasant. The cabins are located below the main saloon, connected by stairs (inquire about handicapped access). Multiple portholes add to the feeling of connection with the discovered environment.

Captain: Adam Hughes

Rosie & Adam met in Croatia whilst both working as Yacht Captains. Their personal and professional relationships blossomed and they became the ultimate Crewed Yacht Team.

Adam grew up in Lancashire and was lucky to get into Dinghy Sailing from a young age. After completing his degree in International Computer Science, he soon realized that “office life” was not for him. Adam enjoyed the outdoor life and worked as a Watersports Instructor in the Mediterranean. Adam moved into the yachting industry in 2015 and worked as a Captain and Yacht Team Manager. He spent many years combining his summers working on yachts with winters’ managing hotels and bars in European Ski resorts. His love of cocktails blossomed here.

Rosie lives in Cowes, Isle of Wight, the home to UK sailing and therefore has been very fortunate to spend all of her life on the water. Rosie studied Fashion at University, however, was always drawn back to the sea! After Rosie completed her Yachtmaster Offshore in 2017, she decided to take a few months out of her office job to work as a Yacht Captain in Croatia, this was the moment Rosie knew a career in Yachting was for her! Rosie attended Professional Yacht Chef Training at Ashburton Chefs Academy and now uses her creativity in her food where she loves to use fresh and local ingredients whenever she can. During COVID times Rosie kept herself busy with a 16 week online pastry course and went on to write and publish her first cookbook app “Baking on Boats”

Rosie & Adam have been sailing the BVI since 2019 and now fondly call it home. They love to combine their love of adventure and passion for food which then creates an unforgettable experience for all guests who choose to travel with them.

The Onboard Dining Experience


On Ebb + Flow, we offer a very unique menu style. Through observation and direct feedback, we’ve created a menu plan that caters to more time in and on the water, adventure and activities and less time feeling tired from eating too much. Because Margaret is a bonafide mermaid, Dive Master, Yoga Teacher, underwater hunter, and avid hiker, she can dedicate her time towards activities with you in the morning while showcasing her best culinary skills in the afternoon and evening. 


What we offer is better… think “energize”. We want you feeling satiated, not heavy and tired from eating all day.  


Our premier menu plan is two fully cooked meals: Brunch + Dinner. To start the day, a lighter continental style breakfast* will be available to graze on as individuals rise and shine. Additionally, appetizers and homemade desserts will be served as desired. Snacks will be available all day. 


*Options are chosen as a charter entity prior to charter, in the preference sheet.  


Chef Margaret will work with you and your group to determine the best options in a phone call about a month prior to your charter date. She maintains flexibility and welcomes an open conversation throughout the charter experience in regards to timing meals and specific needs. Her ultimate goal is to have people feeling vitalized through a nutritional, healthy, and even indulgent week aboard Ebb & Flow through her attentiveness and care.


Please keep in mind, planning is essential. Because we often visit remote places, access to provisions can be limited and extremely costly. Prior to your charter, each charter guest will be required to fill out a "Guest Profile + Preference Sheet", which is a place to share your specific provision needs, preferences, and allergies.

A great meal nourishes the body and captivates all the senses, while bringing family and friends together in a setting that completes the experience.  Featuring fresh ingredients, local flare, and chef caught sea to table seafood, your menu on board will be a personally catered and approachable culinary experience.
