CHAMPAGNE HIPPY is what happens when a serious bluewater Oyster gets rebuilt for people who actually use the toys. Fully refitted in 2023, this 26m Oyster 825 is set up for real sailing, real range (around 1,800 nm), and real downtime once the sails are away.
Why charter her instead of yet another generic white boat? Because you get a full-beam, king-bed master cabin that feels like someone accidentally installed a boutique hotel in a performance sail yacht. Because all 4 guest cabins are en suite, so nobody draws the short straw. And because the cockpit is built for long, comfortable passages and civilised alfresco dinners, right down to the integrated magnetic chess board for when the tablets run out of battery and the adults are still awake.
She’s optimised for people who actually like being on the water, not just looking at it. Two paddleboards, a Tiwal inflatable sailing dinghy, adult and kids’ waterskis, towables, fishing kit and an AB 430 XP jet tender turn the swim platform into a small, efficient watersports department. The stern opens out as a beach club-style boarding and swim area, so getting in and out of the sea doesn’t involve gymnastics.
Onboard life is plug‑and‑play. Full air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, smart TVs in all cabins and saloon, a large media library and a distributed Bluetooth audio system mean everyone can run their own soundtrack without starting a civil war in the cockpit. The professional crew of three are used to running active, owner-style trips for families, couples and sailors who want to log miles without sacrificing decent coffee or a good night’s sleep.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like CHAMPAGNE HIPPY, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price ($4,500 - $9,000), making the charter cost $34,500 to $39,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Reviews
We could have sunk into the sordid drunkenness of a novice sailor...
But...
Josh, our courageous captain, sailed us between splendid islands
GI, our attentive chef, has taken us on a voyage through ever-changing culinary landscapes
Julia, our daily sunshine, made us float in the soft comfort normally found only in the Caribbean...
In short, it was an unforgettable week.
Thanks to all 3 of you and to the Norwegians
Sailing with you in such magic landscapes has just been awesome!
Your kindness, sense of service and exquisite cuisine made the trip unforgettable- I heard the Olympics in Paris were spectacular but I can't believe anybody had a better experience than our family in Norway.
We have been treated like princes and princesses from A to Z. Harry is crying in his room which means that a lot of emotions are there, it is hard to leave this amazing boat and fantastic team.
Each single day surprised us, always something new to discover, something to learn. I’ve had great sailing, many thanks to Josh for this for your kindness and always being calm and patient with our hyperactive boys.
Thanks for the fishing festival, from big tunas to the ‘potential’ great white who cut the line!!
It was 9 days of pure paradise, cruising with you peacefully through these beautiful islands.
Amazing breakfast, royal pancakes, Japanese nights, Milkshakes and “Pincheling” contests will be in our heads for a long time … until we come back?!
Our family has been blessed; we are flying back with stars in our heads.
Enjoy your (super) quick rest, and we wish you the best to come.
