CASA BLANCA Yacht Description
-
Waydoo E-Foil board:
Cutting-edge Freedom eFoil for riding above water—super popular for fun and adventure. -
Premium Seabob and sea scooters:
Seabob brand sea scooters plus water scooters for thrilling underwater exploration and water fun. -
Inflatable games & full water sports gear:
Includes BOTE Hangout chair, golf mat & clubs, paddleboards (4), snorkel masks, and beach games.
No hot tub. No helipad. Just a 78’ Sunreef catamaran built to quietly out-class most things you’ve been on.
CASA BLANCA is a wide-body power cat with serious volume: four ensuite cabins for up to eight guests, all on a stable, low-draft platform that doesn’t waste your time rolling around. Twin 900 hp Volvos handle the miles; the space on board is used for you, not machinery.
The “toys” brief is clearly written by someone who doesn’t like being bored: Waydoo eFoil, Seabob, sea scooters, wakeboard, kneeboard, water skis, four paddleboards, underwater camera, plus a small arsenal of floating games and beach gear. If you want to sit still, you’ll have to work at it.
On the soft side, you get full AC, strong onboard Wi-Fi via Starlink, proper multimedia setup, and a crew that can actually deliver: a mileage-heavy skipper and a GUEST-certified chef with a menu that runs from Korean fried chicken to Greek-style braised lamb to espresso martini cannolis. This is not “yacht food”; it’s restaurant-level, three times a day, plus snacks.
If your charter priorities are: stable platform, real water sports, upgraded connectivity, and a crew who know how to run a week without dead air, CASA BLANCA is engineered for that use case.

Crew
Captain: Dylan Paynter
Dylan runs Casa Blanca with quiet control and a hunter’s eye, turning his years of wild-water miles and BVI seasons into routes that feel sharp, safe, and built around how hard you want to chase the day. He reads the weather, the islands, and the guests in one sweep, then lines up the next move before anyone asks.
- South African nationality; raised between coastal South Africa and Botswana wilderness
- BCom degree; began sailing racing L26 monohulls at university
- Qualified skipper in South African offshore conditions
- Logged 11,000+ nautical miles across 17 countries, including ocean crossings and extended island passages
Kayla turns the galley into a small, precise theater, dropping bright Mediterranean‑leaning plates with South African snap, matched to the rhythm of your day rather than a fixed script. She layers food, themes, and table setups into one continuous run, so every meal feels like part of the trip, not just fuel.
- South African nationality; originally from KwaZulu-Natal
- Completed two full charter seasons in the BVI
- Holds GUEST Chef and Stewardess certifications
- Specializes in Mediterranean-based cuisine with South African, South American, and Asian influences
Angelina runs the interior like a fast, clean circuit—cocktails, celebrations, cabins, water time—keeping everything tight and easy so you barely notice the work, only the flow. She flips from service to seamanship in one move, backing the team when Casa Blanca runs full tilt.
- Born and raised on Long Island, New York
- Graduate of the University of Tampa
- Holds Yachtmaster Offshore certification
- Has worked in multiple roles on yachts, including stewardess, chef, and captain

Reviews
✨ “I recently experienced a charter aboard the Two Oceans catamaran HQ2 with Captain Dylan and Kayla. Kayla, our chef and stewardess, handled her dual role with such ease.
Over the course of our charter, it became clear that she has both experience and passion for cooking a variety of cuisines, always prioritising fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our menu catered perfectly to our preferences, with plenty of seafood, meats, and gourmet nibbles. I especially enjoyed the South African braai, Japanese-style lunch, and expansive breakfasts.
Kayla went above and beyond for my birthday, baking a beautiful tropical-themed cake and organising a full celebration.
We also had a guest with a nut allergy, and thanks to Kayla’s clear communication before and during the trip, we were completely at ease regarding cross-contamination.
Her cocktail skills are equally impressive — she crafted drinks tailored to each of our tastes, and I’ve already tried recreating a few at home!
Our entire experience aboard HQ2 was elevated by Kayla’s warm, attentive service, and we have already recommended this charter to others.” — Telicia Campain
✨ “What a lovely two weeks I enjoyed aboard HQ2. The weather, entertainment, and peaceful quiet were all perfect. I felt especially fortunate to be on board while Kayla was experimenting with new dishes.
Her cooking is already excellent, but the anticipation every second or third night — when she unveiled a new dish — was always met and then surpassed.
A standout dish was The Wild Thing: game carpaccio with phyllo pastry, cream cheese, and fresh strawberries dressed in a balsamic-honey reduction. Her delicate touch with vegetarian dishes also hit the mark. You have a true treasure in her.
And of course, I must mention the marvellous South African braais prepared by Dylan and Jesse. Simply unforgettable.” — Linda Harris
✨ “My mom was very concerned about spending a month on board due to her disability, worried she would be a burden. Instead, it was such a joy watching the crew (my adult children) create innovative and thoughtful ways to help their grandmother on and off the yacht with dignity, ease, and fun.
They gently encouraged her to step outside her comfort zone and she ended up having the most incredible time.
Whether it was a beautifully decorated swing or a comfortable chair designed to lower her into the water, or keeping her seated in the tender until it was lifted to deck height — every movement was made safe, easy, and comfortable.
Their care gave my mom the confidence to fully enjoy swimming, snorkelling, and relaxing — something we never imagined possible.” — Sandy Paynter
✨ “Your food, presentation, and hospitality were exceptional—truly faultless. You catered for groups of up to 15 with ease, offering beautifully prepared entrées and multiple selections of main dishes. Outstanding.” — Richard Heinitz & Jenya Alekseeva
✨ “I accompanied the HQ2 crew on multiple adventures, two of which were especially memorable: St. Helena Island and Inhaca Island, Mozambique.
On our Inhaca trip, we enjoyed coconut cocktails, bar hopping, deep-sea fishing, snorkelling, and wakeboarding. The crew even recreated famous Mozambican chicken on board — perfectly paired with fresh salads.
My trip to St. Helena in April 2023 was equally unforgettable. As a fishing lover, joining the crew for fishing trips — both from HQ2 and with the locals — was a highlight.
The standout meal of the entire trip? Fresh Dorado prepared for a perfect beach braai and snorkel in Lemon Valley.” — Sean Roberts
✨ “We recently sailed around Cape Point aboard HQ2, and it was a fantastic experience. We felt completely safe the entire time thanks to the professional and experienced crew.
HQ2 offered a comfortable, enjoyable atmosphere for taking in the breathtaking scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and safe way to explore this iconic landmark.” — Robert Louw & Meagen Van Zyl
✨ “Thanks to our new friends for making our New Year’s so wonderful! The effort the crew put in to make it over the top was so impressive. Highly recommend!”
✨ “Dylan, Kayla, and Joe — I can't thank you enough for the amazing charter! Fun, energetic, kind, caring, and overall just great human beings. From the food and drinks to the snorkelling, kayaking, private beach picnic, teaching us to sail, and everything in between — you turned what would have been a great week into simply the BEST vacation we have ever been on.”
✨ “We recently cruised with Dylan and Kayla — exceptional hosts. Our group of 10 included my husband with mobility issues, and they were wonderfully accommodating, ensuring he had an incredible time. The food was excellent, and the snorkelling and swimming spots were idyllic.” — Diane
✨ “We had the MOST AMAZING time ever on our charter!! Dylan and Ameda were beyond anything we hoped for. The islands, the adventures — everything was unbelievable. They made Christmas for our kids (and us!) truly magical. We are ready to return — and want Dylan and Ameda again!!” — Keith & Lee Ann
