CAP II Yacht Description
-
Wakeboard & towable inflatable ring:
Easy, high-energy fun off the stern for teens, adults, and two kids together. -
Flexible primary-suite cabin option:
Two forward doubles convert into one larger suite using the removable dividing wall. -
Sailing instructor onboard:
Hands-on coaching makes sailing time more interactive for beginners and keen sailors alike.
Serious sailing, six guests. CAP II is a 76-foot CNB sailing yacht (built 1992, refit noted in 2010 and again in 2023/4) that keeps the focus on real sailing performance while still delivering proper comfort for up to 6 guests.
Cockpit layout that works. She is operated from the aft cockpit, leaving the center cockpit for the important stuff: lounging, sightseeing, and eating outside. Simple. Effective.
Flexible cabin plan. Three double cabins, all en-suite, sleep six. The two forward cabins can be opened up into one large primary suite via a removable dividing wall, which is handy if your group wants one bigger cabin instead of two.
Water time is covered. Expect a 14-foot aluminum AB dinghy with a 50hp four-stroke for easy beach runs, plus snorkel gear, a wakeboard, and a towable inflatable ring (one adult or two kids). Back onboard, air conditioning and Wi-Fi keep things comfortable when you are done being heroic.
Accommodation
CAP II can accommodate 6 guests in three spacious double cabins (two forward and one midship) each with ensuite heads and cupboard space. The two forward cabins can be converted into a large primary suite due removable dividing wall that can form one large cabin.Air conditioning throughout.
Berth sizes:
Midships cabin: 78" x 52";
Two forward cabins: 51" wide at head tapering to 39"wide at the foot. Length 79".

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like CAP II, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price ($3,900 - $7,800), making the charter cost $29,900 to $33,800. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
