ANDIAMO is basically a floating watersports lab with a private restaurant attached. This 2023 Leopard 50 sails with a serious toy chest: Seabob, wakefoil, wingfoil quiver, kitesurf gear, wakeboard, kneeboard, tubes, kayaks, SUPs and a 40hp Highfield tender to launch all of it. If your group wants to actually do stuff on the water instead of just look at it, this is the point where you stop scrolling.
Designed for 6 guests in 3 ensuite queen cabins (including a larger master), ANDIAMO runs with a crew of two who are not just sailors but avid kiters, wing-foilers and water-sports enablers. They don’t just tow toys; they coach and troubleshoot your progression, from first wing attempts to dialing in your kitesurf setup.
On board, life is straightforward: full air conditioning, wide swim platform, Starlink Wi-Fi, BBQ, and a TV lounge when you decide pretending to be an action hero is enough for the day. The layout keeps social space flowing from cockpit to saloon, so the gap between “back from the water” and “cocktail in hand” is measured in seconds, not meters.
ANDIAMO suits groups who value activity, instruction and modern comfort over chandeliers and marble. If your idea of a successful charter is exhausted kids, happy adults, and a camera roll full of actual motion instead of posed cushions, this yacht is built for exactly that.

Crew
Captain: Milla-Emilia Makela
Grigoris runs a quiet, confident ship, switching the engines off and hunting clean wind so guests feel the boat come alive instead of just riding it. He turns kids and first-timers into part of the action, teaching them paddle skills, sail trim, and basic seamanship until the Aegean feels like their own backyard.
- Former member of the Greek national Kayak Slalom team; competed in multiple European and World Championships.
- Professional skipper since 2018 with prior experience on a 76-foot catamaran in Santorini.
- Holds offshore sailing license, speedboat license, and up-to-date safety and first-aid training.
- Native Greek speaker; fluent in English.
Juan runs charters like long ocean road trips, reading wind, swell, and mood so each day clicks from flat-water bays to kitesurf runs and sunset anchorages without wasted motion. Guests get a captain who can plan hard-weather decisions with an engineer’s logic and still jump in the water to coach their first foil or freedive.
- Holds skipper’s license from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Has captained catamarans in the Caribbean and Latin America, including BVI and Angra dos Reis.
- Industrial engineering degree and MBA from Buenos Aires.
- Experienced kitesurfer, diver, and freediver; offers on-water support for wing-foil and kitesurfing activities.
Rosario builds meals the way some people build houses—clean lines, strong foundations, no wasted detail—so every plate lands as a small event that fits the sea and the day. She reads a table fast, tuning menus from light and fresh to deep and comforting while keeping the galley running like a quiet machine behind the scenes.
- More than 20 years of summer cruising experience along the coasts and ports of Uruguay.
- Racing background in multiple sailing classes, including Optimist and Cadet.
- Formal academic training in architecture, applied to presentation and kitchen workflow.
- Holds STCW and ENG1 certifications.

The weather was absolutely perfect. Sunny days with nice breezes to sail and cool clear nights to enjoy dining under the stars.
Andiamo was such a comfortable vessel for our trip. Plenty of space to spread out and the cabins were quite comfortable.
Mente and Annick truly made this such a memorable trip for 3 couples who live in 3 different states.
Our trip on the catamaran Andiamo in the British Virgin Islands with Mente and Annick was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, we were treated to an incredible experience filled with sunshine, warm turquoise waters, and top-notch hospitality.
Mente was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and always ensuring we had the best experiences at every stop. Whether it was finding the perfect secluded beach, guiding us to the best snorkeling spots, wakeboarding, tubing, or simply making us feel at home on board, his expertise and calm demeanor were invaluable.
Annick took our trip to another level with her amazing culinary skills and upbeat demeanor! Every meal was a delicious delight, from fresh seafood to beautifully crafted dishes and snacks that exceeded all expectations. Dining aboard Andiamo was an experience in itself.
Andiamo is spacious, comfortable, and ideally suited for relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking scenery and waters. Whether we were swimming, snorkeling, wakeboarding, tubing, or just soaking up the sun on deck, every moment was pure paradise.
We were looking for a relaxing vacation with family and friends in the BVIs, and Andiamo, guided by Mente and Annick, truly delivered. We can’t recommend them highly enough, and we are already counting the days until we can do it all over again!
What a trip!
