Waterslide, then jacuzzi. YCM 105 is a 105ft Sunseeker built in 2002 and refit in 2020, set up for guests who want proper time on the water and an easy reset afterward. Quick up, quick down. Repeat.
Outdoor living wins. The flybridge brings the day together with a deck jacuzzi plus a bar and grill, so lunch, sunset, and post-swim recovery can all happen in the same zip code.
Toys with a point. Expect a brand new slide for instant water access, plus 2 Yamaha jet-skis and 2 Seabobs when you want speed without committing to a workout plan. Paddleboards, inflatable water toys, and snorkelling equipment keep everyone busy between dips.
12 guests, 5 cabins. Accommodation sleeps 12 across five cabins: a master suite, two VIP cabins, and two twin cabins, making the layout practical for mixed adult groups or families.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like YCM 105, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($17,500 - $28,000), making the charter cost $87,500 to $98,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
