Flybridge jacuzzi, big waterslide, two Jet Skis, two Seabobs. YCM 105 is built for people who don’t just “go for a swim” – they deploy an amusement park. The upper deck is the mission control: hot tub, bar, grill, and space to spread out while everyone else races down the slide or buzzes past on toys.
Serious layout, not a science experiment. This 105’ Sunseeker sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 cabins with a proper master, two VIPs, and two twins – a rare, genuinely guest-friendly configuration at this size. It’s been refit through 2017–2021, so you’re getting an updated yacht, not a time capsule.
Stability, speed, and quiet competence. At-anchor stabilizers keep the boat comfortable while everyone is in the jacuzzi or on the toys, and the planing hull with twin MTUs cruises efficiently around 11 knots with an 800 nm range. Translation: fewer complaints, more actual vacation.
Designed by people who do this for a living. Exterior by Don Shead, interior by Ken Freivokh, so the spaces work: a clean, functional salon, a proper aft deck for real dinners, and a large galley with professional appliances for a chef who can actually cook, not just reheat.
Water toy loadout: overkill in a good way. Two Jet Skis, two Seabobs, slide, paddleboards, snorkel gear, inflatable toys, plus a 4.8 m Boston Whaler tender to move people and gear without drama. If your group gets bored on this setup, that’s on them, not the yacht.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like YCM 105, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($17,500 - $28,000), making the charter cost $87,500 to $98,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
