Wonderway sparked a lot of conversation among our team at the USVI Yacht Show in November 2024. She’s brand-new, having just come across from South Africa, and this was her first-ever display. Several of our brokers from South Africa, who are very familiar with the design, were surprised—her interior is unlike anything we’ve seen before. It looks like something straight off Instagram or Pinterest. Just take a look at our photos below.
One of the most notable features of Wonderway is how tall she is. The headroom feels more like a Scandinavian apartment than a traditional catamaran, which is possible because she doesn’t have a flybridge. While flybridges are often a big selling point, Wonderway makes up for it with a huge cockpit/aft deck and foredeck, where hammocks were hung for lounging with uninterrupted views of the sea.
Wonderway’s layout also offers a protected, family-friendly setup, ideal for younger kids. In fact, this might be one of the best layouts we’ve seen for families—plenty of open space while still feeling safe and secure. Wonderway is fresh, unique, and has made a strong debut, setting herself apart in all the right ways.

Fresh build, smart size. WONDERWAY is a 53-foot Royal Cape sailing catamaran built in 2024, set up for 8 guests. A newer platform usually means fewer “quirks” and more time doing what you came for.
Cabins that make sense. She sleeps 8 across 5 guest cabins: 2 king suites, 2 queen cabins, and 1 twin. No bunk-bed gymnastics. Just close the door and reset.
Easy water days. Swim platform and stern sugar scoops with scoop steps for simple in-and-out access. Outdoor shower, then back to the shaded bits.
Toys for active types. Two stand up paddleboards, a wakeboard, a towable tube, a Subwing, snorkel gear, plus a floating mat and fishing gear. Enough to keep a mixed group busy without turning the deck into a garage.
