RISING DAWN Yacht Description
-
Jacuzzi on deck:
Enjoy relaxing bubbles and cocktails with sea views, perfect for romance and chill-out moments. -
Wide beach club area with swim platform:
Ideal for family fun and easy access to water toys, plus superb for lounging by the water. -
Two 3-seat WaveRunners and water slide:
Thrilling water sports gear for guests, kids love the slide, and WaveRunners add excitement exploring islands.
Start with the fun part: RISING DAWN is a 141ft tri-deck Majesty 140 with a full-on waterslide, deck jacuzzi and an actual beach club at the stern, not a “swim step with marketing.” If your plan is serious toy time plus real lounging space, this platform is built for that.
Launched in 2022, she’s a current-generation Gulf Craft build with at‑anchor and underway stabilizers, so the party, the kids and the grandparents can all survive the same sea state. The low draft lets her push into shallow bays and coves where bigger, deeper boats just sit outside and watch.
On paper she sleeps 12 guests in 6 cabins; in practice it means a main‑deck master, an extra private suite off the skylounge, and four well-sized guest cabins below, all with ensuites, so there’s no “who drew the short straw” cabin argument.
Topside, you get a deck jacuzzi, twin fold‑out main deck balconies, and a genuinely usable beach club that connects straight to the action: 34’ Grady White tender, secondary tender, 2 three-seat waverunners, waterslide, towables, water skis, snorkel kit and fishing gear. If you want a quiet day, you failed to communicate that to the toys.
Bandwidth addicts are covered with Starlink internet, full streaming-capable AV, and TVs everywhere you’d expect them. Inside, Cristiano Gatto’s design keeps it clean, modern and functional: big windows, practical social spaces, and lighting that flatters people instead of furniture.
Net result: if your brief is “newer yacht, real beach-club lifestyle, shallow-access cruising, lots of toys, and everyone gets a good cabin,” RISING DAWN checks those boxes without drama.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like RISING DAWN, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($50,000 - $80,000), making the charter cost $250,000 to $280,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

All prices are generated by a calculator and serve as a guide for new charterers. Any additional information of the Price Details section has priority over above.
