Ocean View Yacht Description
-
Lift E-foil:
Today’s most popular toy, giving you quiet “surfing” over flat water with quick coaching. -
Stabilizers at anchor and underway:
Calmer cruising and less roll at night, so everyone sleeps better in tricky conditions. -
Inflatable slide:
A simple crowd-pleaser for families, turning swim stops into a floating play zone.
Modern 100-footer, sorted. OCEAN VIEW is a 2022 Gulf Craft Majesty 100, coming in around 104–105 feet, and she sleeps 12 guests in five cabins. The headline here is usable space: an enclosed sky lounge plus a sociable sky deck, so you are not forced into one “main salon or nothing” routine.
Deck flow that works. The sky deck leads straight into the sky lounge, and there’s a foredeck lounge for daytime hanging out. Aft folding balconies widen the main deck when you are settled, and there’s a hydraulic swim platform for quick, low-drama water access. Simple. Effective.
Stability and connection. Zero-speed stabilisers (at anchor and underway) keep the motion down, while air conditioning and Wi‑Fi help everyone stay comfortable and online. Starlink equipment is on board too.
Toys with a backup plan. A 40 ft Olympic Marine chase boat backs up the mothership, and the toy list is properly charter-minded: a Yamaha jet ski, 2 Seabobs, a Lift efoil, flyboard, paddleboard(s), snorkeling gear, plus options listed including transparent kayaks, fishing equipment, and a 4x4 yacht pool.
Cabins with logic. You get a main-deck master, plus two doubles and two twin convertibles with Pullman beds, which is an easy fit for families or mixed groups who need flexible sleeping without negotiation.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like Ocean View, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price ($25,000 - $40,000), making the charter cost $125,000 to $140,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
Ocean View Yacht Charter Price
| # of charter days | Base Price | APA (deposit for provisioning, fuel, docking fees, etc) | Total | Note | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 14 day charter | 200,000USD to 220,000USD | 40,000USD to 66,000USD | 240,000USD to 286,000USD | Discounts outside the main season are common. | |
| 7 day charter | 100,000USD to 110,000USD | 20,000USD to 33,000USD | 120,000USD to 143,000USD | Standard charter rate, base for all calculations. | |
| 3 day charter | 50,000USD to 55,000USD | 10,000USD to 16,500USD | 60,000USD to 71,500USD | The usual formula is the 7 day charter rate divided by 6, times the number of days (3). Boat policy might differ. 100,000USD / 6 * 3 days = 50,000USD |
All prices are generated by a calculator and serve as a guide for new charterers. Any additional information of the Price Details section has priority over above. Availability is always subject to confirmation. Gratuity not included for it's discretionary character, usually 5%-25% of the Base Price.
