Captain: George Vaughan
CAPTAIN George Vaughan
Meet George, whose lifelong love of sailing began in the most imaginative way—crafting makeshift sails from fishing rods and roller blinds as a child. He soon honed his skills racing dinghies, including Lasers, eventually earning a spot on the Olympic youth team.
At just 17, George’s thirst for adventure took him to the south of France, where he began his yachting career. From humble beginnings as a deckhand, he quickly rose through the ranks to become Chief Officer on a 40m superyacht.
Yet, despite his success, something was missing—the feeling of wind in canvas and the romance of traditional sailing. That longing led him to ‘Stormy Weather’, a beautifully restored 1934 classic sailboat, which reignited his true passion for the sea.
Still, George wanted more: to share that passion with others. This calling brought him to charter sailing across the Caribbean. With nearly four years of hands-on experience and a wealth of hidden anchorages and sailing stories, George now looks forward to creating unforgettable journeys—offering his guests something truly special, both on and off the water.
STEWARDESS India Stuart
Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, India has quickly become an exceptional presence on board. She brings a wealth of knowledge, enthusiasm, and charm to every guest experience.
As the sole stewardess on board, India is known for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere with an impeccable eye for detail. From artfully presented cabins to signature cocktails, elegant tablescapes, and creative themed evenings, she goes above and beyond to ensure each guest feels truly special. Her thoughtful touches and genuine passion for hospitality make every charter both comfortable and unforgettable.
India’s natural warmth, positive energy, and dedication to guest satisfaction shine through in everything she does. A lover of the ocean and adventure, she brings not only professionalism but also a vibrant personality that adds joy to every moment onboard.
DECKHAND Marcel Nagel
Marcél brings calm focus and quiet confidence to every day on board. Known for his welcoming smile and steady presence, he makes guests feel at ease whether it’s a seamless tender ride or simply a friendly chat on deck. He has a natural eye for detail and takes pride in keeping everything shipshape, from bow to stern, ensuring the yacht is always at its best.
What first brought Marcél to the sea is his genuine love for people. He thrives on creating meaningful connections and making sure those around him feel comfortable and cared for. Beyond his strong work ethic, he has a deep love for philosophy and personal growth, which gives him a thoughtful, grounded outlook that balances perfectly with his energy on deck. Curious by nature, he’s always learning something new, and his easygoing, personable character makes him a pleasure to have around both in work and in downtime. Guests can count on him to bring both professionalism and warmth to their time at sea.
