Easy for six. MAKIN MEMORIES is a 45-foot Lagoon sailing catamaran built in 2016, set up to sleep 6 guests in 3 queen cabins, each with its own en-suite. Simple, private, and no one draws the short straw.
Water time, sorted. Two paddleboards, a two-person kayak, snorkeling gear for 6, and a sea scooter keep the days moving. Add floating mats, a Bote 360 floating raft (with speaker and cooler), plus Big Joe noodles and floating bean bags. Park it. Float it.
Tender that actually helps. The 12.8’ Infanta SR 3.9 dinghy with a 30 HP engine makes beach hops and pick-ups less of a production and more of a quick run.
Comfort without drama. Full air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, an indoor audio system with iPod dock, plus an outdoor shower and BBQ for the post-swim reset. Light fishing gear is onboard too, for anyone who insists it is “just one cast.”

Thank you sooooooo much for giving us the trip of a lifetime! it was hands down the best time we've ever had altogether! it was the kind of experience that will stay with us forever! it was the perfect mix of adventure, luxury and friendship. Non-stop laughter and a lifetime of memories! The boat was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need - clear paddleboards, a floating dock, top notch snorkeling gear, water scooters - and an endless supply of cold cocktails! Every detail was thoughtful and high-end, yet the vibe was relaxed and welcoming. Waking up to a new stunning bay each day, snorkeling through vibrant coral reefs paddleboarding at sunset, and enjoying gourmet meals under the starts - it was like living inside a dream!

We couldn't begin to thank you both for the experience you have provided to us all. We're blessed to have this experience! We will cherish every second we've gotten to spend with you both and all of our friends. This journey has truly been a once in a lifetime experience that we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives! We not only got gourmet meals prepared from Captain Courtney, but we also got to experience a never-ending journey island to island. From snorkeling with small bus-sized sting rays to jumping off the deck of the Willy T in the middle of the night...we've made so many lifelong memories. Much like the pirate gold buried beneath the beach, the Virgin Islands have proven to be a treasure trove of new experiences found at every stop we made. From Super Bowl steaks to lobster to delicious breakfasts and lunches - we were SPOILED! And it was healthy! Jim was the grill master and best bartender - both of you took such good care of us. Makin' Memories was everything we could have dreamed for, all bottled up into one perfect experience. From the delicious meals to the beautiful landscape, and all the vibrant sea life, this trip was truly the best! Each cove brought a new adventure full of laughs, fishing and firsts . On our snorkel trip we saw an octopus swimming through the water and quickly take camouflage. The spotted eagle rays were out in full force on their hunt for breakfast! We were able to spot 4 majestically fluttering through the ocean! A lot of memories were created and some were re-lived. We got to see our parents honeymoon location and swim with the sea turtles in the same spot they did 31 years ago! An amazing experience all around, curated by the best! Jim and Courtney, thank you both for being our personal tour guides, preparing Michelin star restaurant grade food every meal, andbeing the best captains! We can't wait to come back!

The " sizzle reel": under sail, dolphins at one end of the boat, a Barracuda on the line in the stern; secluded coves with spectacular snorkeling; lobster birthday dinner; paddling around with the turtles; horizontal on every surface - in the bow, at the table; unbelievably awesome care from both of you - Courtney's five-star cuisine, Jim's anticipation of what we might want next and vigilance when we were in the water. I came wired from too much work, and by day 2 I needed to be lifted with a spatula; sailing, sailing, sailing; seeing nurse sharks, dolphins, spotted eagle rays, fish of all sizes, shapes, and colors; fabulous water toys including perfect gear and flotation goodies; laughing with everyone on the fly bridge; awesome rum punches with exciting names - Zombie, Painkiller; seeing my brother at the helm; listening to audio books surrounded by the sparkling Caribbean; swimming off the boat whenever we felt like it, just getting this time together... From the sunny and beautiful Geneva, Florida, to the sunnier and more beautiful USVI. What an amazing way to spend our 30th anniversary! From the Dinghy pick up all the way through our last day we felt amazing hospitality with spectacular food with island flare, and beautiful presentation. My favorite parts of the trip were swimming with turtles, a great on-boat workout Sunday morning with a stunning view, and watching the sunset from the sugar mill overlooking Waterlemon Bay. My wife’s favorite parts were the private beach and snorkeling across from Turtle Bay Beach (Henley Cay), and the delicious dishes every day. Thank you both Jim and Courtney for giving us a trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Hope to see you again somewhere in the Caribbean!

They are knowledgeable about the area and took us to amazing locations. Courtney’s cooking with Jim’s assist is beyond incredible. Each meal was presented with beauty, and most importantly, fantastic taste. They really made this an extra special vacation.
The Boat: We love the outdoor space. Several places to hang out in both shade and sun. And the water toys were so fun. We really enjoyed relaxing on the float, playing with the SubLue, paddle boarding, and hotdogging behind the Dinghy. The cabins are comfortable, especially the mattresses. Courtney (and Jim) thought of every amenity for our stay.
The USVI: location after location of great snorkeling, smooth white sandy beaches, clear clean blue/green water, and beautiful hills and mountains. Each location was more beautiful than the next.

Each meal was presented with beauty, and most importantly, fantastic taste. They really made this an extra special vacation.
The Boat: We love the outdoor space. Several places to hang out in both shade and sun. And the water toys were so fun. We really enjoyed relaxing on the float, playing with the SubLue, paddle boarding, and hotdogging behind the Dinghy. The cabins are comfortable, especially the mattresses. Courtney (and Jim) thought of every amenity for our stay.
The USVI: location after location of great snorkeling, smooth white sandy beaches, clear clean blue/green water, and beautiful hills and mountains. Each location was more beautiful than the next.

How can we ever thank you for the best trip ever! Personally, I have never felt this relaxed and cared for on any vacation! I expected to have a great time, I expected gorgeous blue water, and I expected to enjoy being taken care of. What I did not expect was to meet two incredible people who put their heart and soul into every single part of the experience. Courtney, the food was beautiful scrumptious and healthy. You are a master chef. I so much appreciate the thought and care that went into every meal. Jim - I dub the “possibility man“! Every toy that got used, every drink that got drunk, every jump that got jumped - you suggested what was possible, and we knew that taking these suggestions would lead to nothing but a great time. You both worked behind the scenes to keep everything on track, and all we had to do was “Be“. You executed every expectation and met hopes we didn’t even know we had. Best trip ever!!!

What a fantastic trip! The food was amazing! You guys are terrific hosts, who went above and beyond in all aspects. Every day was memorable, but the second to last day was the cherry on top. On that day, we caught the mahi-mahi and within a couple of hours you guys had cleaned it and served fresh ceviche for an appetizer, and then an unbelievable fillet. Top-notch food and service to make that happen. The locations you guys picked were all great, and the snorkeling was out of this world. “The beautiful catamaran's name Makin' Memories is exactly what all of us did from the moment we boarded the boat until our adventurous vacation came to a close. Courtney and Jim went the extra mile to ensure we had our wish list of what we would like to do during the week happen. “What a fantastic way to celebrate Christmas through New Year’s!! Captain Jim and Courtney thought of everything and left us longing to come back for more. “Makin’ Memories” held up to her name as we ventured, snorkeled, sailed and scuba dove. Courtney (a certified Culinary Nutritionist) provided endless meals, each one packed with variety, color and flavor. No one in our party is going home hungry. Captain Jim at the helm navigated us from location to location providing us with breathtaking views of the island while giving us plenty of time to relax and explore. We’re looking forward to coming back in the future!”
